The trash can they use for their foot spa's liners was overflowing. Their polishes were so messy with polish all over the container. They didn't dispose of old polish but put it back on the shelf. The barbisol was filthy. They didn't have any towels to dry hands after washing and they didn't have any clean nail brushes. This place should be inspected and shut down until they fix all discrepancies!!!

Jay was on his earbud the entire time, wasn't paying attention to what he was doing and it showed in his "work". No massage, feet were still rough, nails were cut uneven on both my feet and hands, neither were filed or shaped, sloppy polish and finish. Overall looked like a child had done the job. When I asked what the "upcharge" was all about and said he tricked me, he just said "Oh well". I will not go back, I suggest you never go there, and it is no wonder the place was empty.

My nails stay on past 4 weeks and don't even begin to chip at all just grow out. Prices are very reasonable, for a full set which was my picture with solid red, it was priced at $53. My only thing is I received a fill in the picture with polka dots and it was priced at $58, So I'm just a little curious if just because I added polka dots it was a lot more for a "design" or if you just get no discount for getting a full instead of a full set. Anyhow, I'll still be going back and will probably question it next time when I have more time to stick around.

I have gone for regular facials for years, and while I haven't yet stopped the aging process, my skin looks healthier for going to her- less clogged, brighter, more even tone, way fewer breakouts. But what keeps me coming back to E spa really isn't the services. It's Estina. Estina is kind, funny, and above all, non judgmental. So many times with other professionals in the beauty industry, I have been criticized or shamed in order to make a sale. "Your hair needs highlights." "Your nails are too short." "Your eyebrows are too light." "You need to wax your sideburns and your mustache". What? Never, ever has Estina done this. She likely won't even bring up a different service unless you ask. And when you do ask, she speaks to you in a non judgmental, kind, professional way because she knows her products and services and wants to help- not just sell. Once I was finally seated, the technician was disrespectful toward me. There was some miscommunication, which is understandable and happens, but that's no excuse for treating a customer rudely. A simple misunderstanding could have been handled with patience instead. The biggest problem was cleanliness. There were bugs in the foot bath water my feet were soaking in, which is completely unacceptable and honestly concerning from a health standpoint. On top of that, the another technician was working on two different girls at the same time, going back and forth between them. That doesn't give me confidence that proper sanitation practices are being followed between customers. Between the long wait, the attitude, and the hygiene issues, I won't be coming back. I'd recommend checking the cleanliness of the stations before sitting down if you decide to go here
