Last Saturday 02/15/25, I managed to find their menu and decided to place an order online. I made the purchase and it said that my food would be ready in 20min. I pulled up 20 minutes later to get my food, and the guy at the window said the kitchen was closed I asked him if they could refund me my money, and he told me that I would have to contact Menufy(the website I had to go through to order my food). I did what he said, and contacted menufy to put in a refund request. I received an email today saying that tea'ze have been unresponsive to resolving the situation. I only spent $20, but it's the principle. I don't like that shady, shiesty shit. Imagine if I ordered a meal for my family and spent over a $100. I was thinking about hiring them to cook for an event, but now that I see they steal money... it's a NO GO for me. All of teaze's daiquiris taste alike as well. I've went through about 6 flavors, and it didn't hit me that they all taste the same until I began getting daiquiris from another spot named calliope's. I ordered a mango daiquiri from calliope's and it actually tasted like mango. I ordered a mango daiquiri from Teaze and it tasted like sugar and alcohol slushy. Just like the majority of their drinks.
