Salmon hibachi
Arielle J.

The place honestly surprised us. It's not what you expected in a beach town. It looks very new and well kept, friendly staff, very cute presentation for playing, and great portions. We had lots of sushi rolls, and a bunch of hibachi options so we tried a variety in the menu and everything was good and had flavor.

Walking in the first thing you notice is all the neon lights. They are everywhere. Around tables, walls, decals. We were sat in a booth near the restrooms, which were clean. Our waiter was polite and did explain a few things someone else at my table asked about. I felt the prices were high for what you got, the sushi was nicely displayed, however there was nothing special about the way it tasted. I love sushi and there are definitely better options to go eat in the area. If you're looking for an expensive, funky place to try this might be your style but it's not mine and the tastes didn't wow me enough to want to return.

I had no idea we have a new sushi place on Merritt Island on the causeway called DA SUSHI! My son works at Walmart and told me about it so one day we stopped in for lunch and had an amazing experience. DA SUSHI is on the causeway side of the Walmart parking lot. It used to be the old seafood place which sold mainly fried foods. Anyway it's a sushi restaurant now and they spent some serious $$ fixing the place up. I would say elegant and in fine taste for décor. The sushi is really amazing, very, very well prepared and very tasty. We went a second time and same amazing experience. I rate this place 5 stars!

DINNER FOR TWO, SERVED ON A BED OF ICE.

We have been meaning to try this restaurant and we finally went. 1) plenty of parking 2) a friendly greeting 3) our server Mia was a total delight. We splurged on the dinner for 2 which was huge. Enough for 3 or more. The house wine is Canyon Row. Very reasonably priced at $7.00 a glass. The sushi was very high quality. The sashimi was wonderful and very generously cut. The presentation was gorgeous. This restaurant is the former Molly's where we enjoyed many meals while our grandchildren wanted their pictures taken with the fake alligators! It's been completely redecorated, and is beautiful. What started with "I'm in the mood for sushi "turned into a date night! Highly recommend this place.

Love roll

The food was amazing lots of flavor and did not disappoint. First we had the crab ragoons crispy and delicious. Then came the sushi roll which was one of their specialties roll called the love roll. It was perfect the right amount of spice and not overpowering. Then we shared the hibachi meal steak and shrimp which came with your choice of soup we opted for the clear. The ginger dressing was creamy and yummy. The clear soup was some of the best we ever had as it had flavor and had a slight beef taste. The steak and shrimp came with rice, noodles, and vegetables all were cooked to perfection and the flavor was off the chain. Ravin and Caden were our bartenders and the drinks we had were spot on a lavender Marquita and a regular one with casa amigos were tasty. The new owners did a bang up job on the remodeling it was inviting and the bar top is lighted which makes for great ambiance. The cleanliness of entire place was impressive needless to say. This is just there soft opening and they did an awesome job all the way around.

The service was amazing and the sushi rolls and sashimi were great as well. My favorite part was the presentation with the flowers and birds. This was my 2nd visit and definitely not my last.

Walking into the building the vibe was set. Great music, great lighting and a welcoming host. First time in & first impressions were amazing. I have gluten allergies and it was a bit difficult to find anything on the menu. The server suggested two new rolls that were gluten free and the fried rice that they could make accommodations to. Food came out great. Service was amazing. Presentation was something you'd have to experience. Every table was eyeing each other's plates. Very exciting and highly recommended. Something totally different for Merritt island.

Server Lincoln and us happy diners

This was our meal recommended by server- delicious

Delicious food and the service was excellent. Server recommendations were great and as the food went by we could see how meticulously it was served. Highly recommend this restaurant. The facility was beautifully decorated.

Simply the best restaurant on the island. Everything is amazing! Very broad food and beverage menus.

Just walk through for a memorable event. "Les" was working the bar, and was friendly and very efficient. He took my order and in no time flat I was enjoying an excellent coffee called the "Dalgona". This is A Korean whipped coffee drink made by whipping together double shots of espresso and sweet cream and adding to the top of vanilla sweetened milk. It was delicious!! Coffee options include Espresso & Lattes, Specialty Lattes, Craft Brewed Coffee - including French Press, Pour Overs, and Frappes. There are several Tea options as well including matcha, green, chai, Yerba Mate, and Black (to name a few). This is a really cool place with exceptional drinks! I highly recommend you check them out and support locally owned businesses.

Great experience! Tried this place this past Saturday for lunch with group of (plus a toddler)…read more The staff were very friendly and helpful. I think there were only a handful of waiters serving the dining area because there were multiple people who waited on us. Which was not an issue but more of an observation. Like I said, we had a good time. Just about everything is à la carte. So think about that when you're ordering sides. The drink menu looked pretty good, but we didn't order anything from it. I had the Fuego Poké Nachos! Very very good! The fish tasted fresh which really made the nachos standout. The restaurant itself was about what you'd expect for a Saturday lunch time. Clean, not overly crowded, music playing, etc. but I can imagine this place is lively at night. Bottom line, definitely recommend if you're in the area and want to try something that is not a food chain and really original!

I was happy that there were plenty of places to sit and wait outside until our table was ready. We ordered some different beers and a Mexican candy drink. It was tasty! Our server was really nice and the food was great. This place is pretty cool. I do wonder why "crab" is spelled "krab" on their menu, it made me hesitant to order as I was unsure if it was imitation crab or not. I should have asked but just forgot to. I ordered the special! It was tasty but in my opinion it had too much rice, so by the last one I just cut it open and ate the filling out! Everyone had nice sized portions and the flavors were there. My kids had burgers and they looked great! We also received coupons upon paying our bill. That is definitely and incentive to return again soon. Overall this place is a much needed, fresh, trendy addition to the area. I'd like to try some of the birria next time!

When we got to Coa they instructed us to head over to the sandwich shop and wander through the freezer door. What a cool idea! Their "hidden" not so hidden lounge is fantastic. Super cool for a date night or girls night out. It was really quiet and intimate. The drinks were phenomenal! Our bartenders were the best. Fantastic conversation, great vibes, and super attentive. The lounge itself if beautiful, very comfortable with an upscale atmosphere. The food was good but not my favorite. The lobster roll was good but there was so much going on with it that it just didn't highlight the lobster meat and the amount of wasabi pearls were kind of overpowering. I ate what I could of the meat and abandoned the rest. I had a bite of his wagyu hotdog was good. We will absolutely be back when we return on our next visit. This is the perfect landing spot for a quiet evening after a day of traveling to get to Cocoa.
