We were in the mood for Ramen but didn't feel to driving to our usual places in Orlando. We found Dirty Noodz in Cocoa Beach, only a twenty minute drive. Weather was nasty but we ventured out anyway. We were lucky to have found parking right in front of the spot. This is a small cozy restaurant, you order at the counter. I went for the pork star ramen and a peach static dirty soda. My kid ordered the dirty cow rice bowl and a tomomasu watermelon soda. They bring the food to the table by the way. The food was delicious, it completely met our expectations. I really wanted to try the Ube ice-cream but they had ran out. Definitely worth checking it out. Our bill for two with no alcoholic drinks and tip include was $60.00.

New ramen spot in town. Has the bao buns which were so soft and flavor. The location was busy for a new opening with music playing. Staff are friendly and looks like it will have much success as all the tables we're full.

Very tasty Raman noodles. My dish was a little salty but they gave an another dish and it was good. Their menu is very confusing and their seats are very hard on your bun. I'm sure they are working on the gremlins. Great environment and the staff is very friendly. Try it.

I had the Bang Bang fried chicken bao and the Pork Star Ramen. It was very tasty. But curious as to why the ramen didn't have any broth.

Ordered: - Brussels 9/10 (good flavor - texture on softer side) - Japchae 9/10 (not standard "japchae" I expected, but menu explicitly lists that it's an udon noodle - this was probably my favorite dish!) - beef tartare 10/10 (needs extra seaweed chips) - Spicy rig 9/10 - Wagyu hot dog bao 6/10 (just not my thing) - pistachio ice cream with chili oil 5/10 (as expected - wouldn't need to order again) - 1 glass of wine - 3 cocktails Total $233 before tip Really like the Asian fusion aspect of the menu and that they switch it up/try new things. Definitely pricey, but we got a good amount of food based on what we ordered and ended up being really full and taking food home. Ambiance is nice - although, I still don't love the little bugs flying around the moss ceiling (a complaint I had from last time I came last year). Parking is normal Cocoa Beach parking. Would recommend parking further and walking since the closer lot is more expensive $/hr

Just walk through for a memorable event. "Les" was working the bar, and was friendly and very efficient. He took my order and in no time flat I was enjoying an excellent coffee called the "Dalgona". This is A Korean whipped coffee drink made by whipping together double shots of espresso and sweet cream and adding to the top of vanilla sweetened milk. It was delicious!! Coffee options include Espresso & Lattes, Specialty Lattes, Craft Brewed Coffee - including French Press, Pour Overs, and Frappes. There are several Tea options as well including matcha, green, chai, Yerba Mate, and Black (to name a few). This is a really cool place with exceptional drinks!
