There are numerous voids where the coating did not adhere to the pool shell. Those sections are now discolored, and calcium flakes are forming where air voids exist behind the coating. Best Florida Pool and Spas acid washed the surface earlier this year. This would have been an opportunity to identify the adhesion problem, but the issue was either not recognized or not communicated to me. Separately, Best Florida Pool and Spas installed a heater a few years ago that remains under warranty. The circuit board has failed. I have requested the purchase invoice needed to file a warranty claim, and they have not provided it. My recommendation to anyone considering this company: put a formal written contract in place before proceeding, so that you have clear documentation and legal recourse if problems arise.

Although that was a red flag, I decided to give a try since they guaranteed at least eighty percent of the spots to be removed. However, even the dirt from the pool floor wasn't removed, which makes me question whether it was properly vacuumed. That was discussed prior to the start of work, and I was assured this would be completely taken care of. Brittany is super nice, however I found the labor insufficient unfortunately.
