Do not come to a place that oozes hipster so bad you can't see over its pelvis. Do not sit here, eat outstanding spiced olives, and drink drinks you'll never have the like again. Because if you do that then I won't be able to find a seat here again, and this was a highlight of my trip to Florence. Super creative, love the theme, loved the drinks (sheeps milk nitro foam????), would come here any chance I get.

The cocktail list is 100% Italian. I got a nonalcoholic drink and it was great they had those options as well! Highly recommend if you're into cocktails, design, or just want a break from the more touristy spots. Will 100% go back next time I'm in town.

We also stopped for a 2nd happy hour on our last day in Florence. Worth checking out if you happen to be in town and want a quieter spot. We loved it.

The owner and staff were fantastic, very knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. The wine bar itself is a small quaint little place. Probably seats about 12 to 15 people total and has plenty of windows so you can see passersby and people watch. The cheeseboard? Get the cheeseboard. They do a fantastic job of pairing everything together to really bring so many flavors to your tastebuds. Their house wine is phenomenal and they take great pride in finding the grapes/different varietals to make it come to life. They have a both a red and a white house wine option. The second time we went - and yes, we went more than once in the four days we were there - we enjoyed one of the sandwiches and it was absolutely amazing. The bread, I can't even explain, the bread it's so flavorful and so good and so light. That paired with the delicious meats and cheeses were 100% worth it. I definitely recommend this location to anybody who is visiting Florence regularly or for their first time.

This time we sat at the bar and although the owner and bartender that we had last time were both off that night, the vibe was no less welcoming. The other owner, whose name I also forget, is an insane in the best way character, tattooed from head to toe. He served us shots immediately (Ok, I don't ever drink shots but it's such a nice gesture) and introduced us to one of the off duty bartenders that spoke English. Here's the thing: you don't need to communicate in English or Italian to feel like you're part of the boisterous family at Trip per Tre. Also, I'm an introvert and typically hide in a corner but something compels me to come out of my shell here. It's just a vibe, between the nostalgia of 90s rock music that everyone's singing at the top of their lungs, the way the owner makes you play weird bar games that I don't quite understand (the prize was packaged stockings, WTF? LOL), the pervy mannequins with their phalluses and bondage gear. It feels very metal and it feels just right.

And we ordered food as well - her burrito was fine, if unexciting, but my cheeseburger with an egg on it was honestly the best burger I've had in a long time. The Italian cheese on it was phenomenal. We had to go back before we left cause it was just so good. The bartenders were friendly and helpful, and the bar itself was kinda cool and industrial, but you're going here for the beer and the food. You won't be disappointed.
