Let's talk about how great Ravello is, while at the same time acknowledging that the physical fitness that one must also be in possession of to really be able to enjoy all that this hilly locale has to offer.
HOWEVER - Da Nino Pizzeria makes all the steps worth while. We ate here twice while we spent six days in Ravello - and we'd have eaten here a third time if they'd not been closed the night we arrived!
Do not bother buying pizza anywhere else in Ravello. Just don't. If Da Nino is open, then you can eat pizza. Or, if you don't want pizza - eat their rapini (broccoli rabe), their manicotti, their potatoes, chicken, etc. etc. It was all WONDERFUL. And all of this with either an al fresco patio with beautiful sun and bougainvillea OR eat inside and look out the open window at the mountainous vistas surrounding you.
Can't do that? Too tired to leave and walk up 100 old timey stairs? They deliver.
Case closed.
