They were ordered, installed by their crew and in one day "out a here". Start to finish 8-10 weeks. Been living in my house 44 years now. I will not live to see these windows replaced. No problems now two years later, still function like new. Am getting 10 more windows from them this winter, great, easy, no problems. My experience with windows is double panes are better in the long run. Another brand, not to be named fogged after 4 years!! With triple panes--I have had a middle pane break inside the sandwich--how in the world? Stick with double panes!! As of today, 01-09-2026, I still had not heard anything, so I called. I was told the door only came in yesterday, but there is only one person they use as an installer. Subsequently, I was not yet given an install date. Do yourself a favor and buy a door from Home Depot. Get a handyman to install it. That will save you a lot of time and aggravation.

The owner of Tri-State Remodeling (Roland) responded to my initial search on YELP but let me know up front he didn't deal with "patching" but if I was interested in a consultation for new roof, he would be glad to meet. After meeting with Roland, I had a whole new perspective and what seems like a reasonable amount of information on roofs in general. He was very thorough in his presentation, explaining the various products, along with the training and certification process thru the product manufacturer, and explained step by step how a roof project would be conducted. Tri-State Remodeling not only uses quality materials, they understand the importance of customer service and satisfaction and professionalism. The estimate provided was very competitive and included items not mentioned by other contractors. I am so glad I chose not to piece-meal this project as it turned out, my roof was in pretty bad shape underneath it all; several pieces of plywood had to be replaced (included). Overall, I was pleased with the experience with one exception. The tarp used to protect the property ripped and materials fell on the tree next to my porch causing damage to several of the upper limbs that had to be addressed.
