I dropped the car off at 8:30 in the morning and they reviewed the old tint that was on my driver side and passenger side front windows, measured the current tint on my windows, then walked me through the different tints available. I recently bought a used 2023 Honda Pilot that had highly illegal levels of tint that made it dangerous to see when driving at night. So I went with the removal of tint for every single window on the car, and they said that it would take 2-3 hours, but literally only took 1 hour. So with either tint removal or actual tinting services, these are your guys! Plus they are reasonably priced. Thank you Super Tinting!

I came to Tony for a Signature Detail in preparation for selling my Audi Q7. I really wanted the…read morelow mileage to be matched by an impressive interior and paint with a glossy shine. I researched a lot of the local detailers, but Enthusiast Auto Detail provided the most focused services for high end vehicles. Tony provided flexible scheduling options and I met him on a Saturday morning at his West Chicago location. I had an amazing experience throughout. Tony was an honest broker, helping me find the right package for my needs and talking me down from more expensive services to fit my goals. His business is aptly named, given that he has owned classic BMWs and Porches. He broke down the details of his products and services, and he did an excellent job diagnosing what was needed for my vehicle after an initial inspection. His Signature detail removed scratches and dings from the paint, while returning the interior to like new condition. It felt like I was back in the Audi showroom when he showed me the finished product. This will be my Chicagoland detailer of choice moving forward.

The diffuser install ended up being a headache. Rather than force it or tell me it wasn't going to work, they reached out to the company that supplied the part and worked with them until it was done properly. It took a lot more time than any of us expected, and they didn't charge me anything extra for it. I also had them PPF the trunk, which came out perfect. I've taken this car to two other detailers before, and the work OGD did was a clear step above both. Good people, and they clearly care about doing the job right. I'll be bringing my car back.

Arrived to their South Elgin location (attached to Key West Car Wash and detailing) and Custom Driven flaked. No show or no text, and I even waited a half hour just in case. The whole interaction/process came off as supeeer unprofessional, and makes me question whether I'd trust them to apply tints. Will probably end up finding a differing tint provider - but, if you're in need of detailing, hit up Key West in South Elgin. They were way more professional and customer service oriented.
