I had to double check the times on Google maps, and it showed they opened at 7 am. At this point, it was so cold that I almost turned back around to my car. The instructor finally came, and we explained to her this was our first rowing class. I thought there would be more rowing involved throughout the class, but there was very minimal rowing. We were on the rowing machine for 45 seconds TWICE. I also think the instructor was going very fast with the workout movements and did not suggest modifications for 2 girls who were clearly struggling. It was a bit unmotivating at that point, especially when she is constantly yelling "don't stop" every 20 seconds. I was hoping to enjoy this studio, but unfortunately, I will not be back.
