He asked what happened and if I was in a safe place. He cared. The wait was still incredibly long, but the service my husband and I received when he arrived was top notch. My vehicle broke down Saturday, November 2, 2024 between 4 and 4:30 pm in Honesdale, PA. I called Geico Roadside Assistance and they responded promptly. The first company they sent to my aid was PA State Towing and Recovery LLC. They called me and said the wait would be 2 hours or more and recommended that I call Geico to send another tow truck company. I took their advice and that's when Val-u Auto was dispatched. Unfortunately, I had the same experience as my fellow 1-star reviewers: 90 minutes turned into 6 hours +. Many thanks to my husband who came to my rescue and sent me home so he could play the waiting game. I'd like to take a commercial break to thank the four wonderful people who stopped to ask if we needed assistance. You are the salt of the earth. Val-u Auto, except for Jaevin, made me feel like I was not a priority and definitely not valued. My advice to management would be to review your business plan, your mission, goals, and make some changes. This can't be the type of service you want to provide. My car arrived in my driveway safe and sound the next day at approximately 1:30 AM.
