His wife physically blocked him and yelled at him to get back in the truck. The disturbance occurred in view of neighbors and was embarrassing at my own home. Police responded and documented the incident. While officers were present, I was asked if I could pay out of pocket. I did not know the amount, so the trooper contacted the company.
