Phenomenal customer service…read more Recently, the battery died in my Kia Forte - and it's not your regular battery. Other auto parts stores informed me that it would take 3 to 4 days to get my ceramic battery, but 9th Street Tires got it within 40-minutes at a far lower rate than expected. Since I lived just half a block from them, I asked if they could possibly send a technician to my house to install the battery - and they did. Professional, kind, understanding, and helpful - and all at a low price to boot. I was extremely impressed with their service and kindness, and they helped me in under an hour. I will definitely go here again for all of my auto part needs.

I was in the poconos for a…read moreweekend vacation and I hit a huge pothole (can't believe the city left that hole, the neighbor told me 40 cars hit it and got flats over 3 days) It was almost midnight so I left the car and Uber's to the hotel. I was worried how I was going to get home since most places were closed or may not have the tire or had terrible reviews. I found tires r us and he was responsive and left what he was doing to come with his mobile service. Unfortunately the rims were bent and we went to his his shop where again he immediately got it done for me so me and my family can get home. On top of it all he was very fair and honest. Can't thank Tyrone and his team enough for saving me when I had no where to go!!! I would give 100 stars if I could. Don't waste your time with anyone else , use them!

He's looking for 2 more good used tires in my size, and says he gets more used stock 1-2 times per week. He had 2 matching for me when other stores didn't.

Joe who works the front desk and is the main mechanic is very competent and honest. The other older mechanic is attentive. Mark works in the office and is very sure of himself, but is fair to deal with. The price is reasonable and they use quality oil. They only use NAPA parts which can be a bit of a downside if you would want a specific part put in the car. Overall, I do recommend them.
