The son, who runs the mechanic side looked it over. And before he did any work he took me into the garage and showed me what exactly was wrong. It was the pulleys to the serpentine belt. He gave me the price and upon pick up the price remained the same. Also the turn around rate was so quick. Every other time I have been to a mechanic for repairs they always call with something else that "has" to be repaired immediately. Thus equating to more money. Highly recommended George's.

The company operates under "Stroudsburg Towing" which does not yield any results when searched. Wow! Mr. Hook Towing saved the day!…read more First, they picked up the phone right away and immediately asked important questions I hadn't thought about. After assessing the difficulty of the tow (a vehicle without keys, parked on a residential street in-between two other parked cars) they quoted a totally fair and reasonable price. Since, without keys, the vehicle couldn't be moved out of its parking spot in a traditional way, they actually found a neighbor to move their car so the tow truck could get behind our vehicle. This is an incredibly thorough and smart level of service. Once the vehicle was dropped off at its destination, Mr. Hook Towing sent photos to show exactly where it was parked. Then, ini minutes, I was able to pay over the phone and got an emailed receipt. Being that I was out of town when all this happened, you can imagine what a relief it was to receive such thoughtful, professional, and quality service. I'm so glad I called Mr. Hook Towing!
