My personal favorite would have to be their pizza - thin, crispy crust with an overload of ingredients like tomato sauce, ground beef, red and green bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and cheese. I then grab their hot sauce and zigzag it all over the 6-inch pizza before chomping down on it an savoring every crunchy, flavorful bite. To add to the appral of this food shack, they even have cactus-shaped seats and lined the surrounding area with several kinds of cactus. Adorable! I feel a certain responsibility in patronizing small enterprises such as Miggy's because I believe it's a business born from passion and not just to make money. To be honest I was really questioning a place in the Philippines that server great tacos. I mean I'm from California, home of the best Mexican food outside of Mexico. When I actually tried it though, I was super impressed. Nice tortillas, tasty meats, great preparation. We actually sat at the counter so we had a front row to the griddle and all of the prep. These guys were really pros, expediter calling out orders, griddle guy making the tacos and then another guy helping with the plating and adding of the final accoutrements.
