The new lamps still looked great and after 3 years, we have not had a problem with them. That convinced us to take the old lamps to them to be gussied up as they were showing their age after 25 years. They came back looking good. The main complaint is service at the store front. They don't appear to keep regular hours, but that may be due to the staff appearing to be one man. If you can deal with that, the quality of work is great.

I was $200 in the hole from another electrician who checked all the wiring in the attic to no avail. Spencer found the offending circuit under the house in about 2 hours and came up with a creative solution for abandoning the in-wall fault without needing to install a complete new run to the main panel.
