Constant interruptions on the mat once class has started, and management including owner flies by the seat of her pants. Belt upgrade is random, not as stated in the manual. Kids that just started can have more stripes than kids attending longer than some. Just overall very unorganized. Now when you try and cancel, contract says 60 days notice, however they will still charge you for 3rd month, by indicating the first month notice doesn't count, it's 60 days after that month. Unfortunately they get away with it unless you make a stop payment sooner. There is a reason this facility has high turn over with kids, just too bad they hurt their own customers by doing so.

My daughter has ADHD and has been helped significantly by studying in the Rock Solid Kids program under Sifu Rob and his instructors, and I have made significant progress myself in the art of Wing Chun. They are all friendly and knowledgable; always ready to help you whenever needed and never afraid to inject a little humour into every day classes. I whole-heartedly recommend this school to anyone looking to put themselves or their kids into a martial arts program.
