They frequently make mistakes on employee paychecks (it's virtually guaranteed they'll mess up every new employee's first check), they are not able to create basic summary reports that you would think would come standard with any payroll service, and their employee-facing website services are horrendous (they have several different buggy interfaces that sortof connect but sortof don't, and you never know which you're supposed to go to because your account manager doesn't seem to know anything about it). The account manager we had supposedly provided full HR services, but didn't seem to know much about HR regulations (other than some bizarre misinterpretations and misconceptions), or much else. Worse, when she didn't know something, she wouldn't offer to go find it out, but would just leave it at "I don't know" - or worse, would suggest you call the central Paychex support line. To top it all off, the whole service was insanely overpriced. I'd go elsewhere, or if you're a small company just do payroll internally using QuickBooks payroll, and don't worry so much about HR regulations unless you have some really crappy employees.

Miguel and Ishmael regularly answer the phone and are usually able to help you out on the first phone call. They know their products and how to help. I recently was having problems with my speeds. I thought it was them, but it turned out to be my router. even though it was only four years old and an expensive one at the time they do go bad. In fact I've been having problems for a while. The speeds were slowed and I kept dropping my signal. in my mind I was blaming RAZOlink when I should've just believed them that it was probably my router. Because as soon as I installed a new router my problem went away. For now they're the best game in town. With great customer service
