If these are the same people running out of Watsonville, the support service is absolutely useless. They've been asking for the same documentation from me for the last 7 months and keep rejecting it, but continue asking for it the next month saying "Need more information." I signed up for what I thought was PGE only to find out central coast energy a third party was involved.I have a one bedroom 600 square ft apt.no washer /dryer dishwasher air conditioner. At work 32 hrs a week, so not home. My first month is 178 dollars per CCE. PGE portion 88 dollars. What a scam rip off, please beware if your signing up for new service they sneak it in with no knowledge. Of course opted out of Central coast energy. read more

I live in Santa Clara. These guys have been great. Helped me get my apartment updated and more energy efficient, with a new little stove and a new refrigerator as well as more efficient light bulbs and even a new emergency alert fire alarm. Everyone I have worked with both in person and on the phone from Central Coast has been helpful and wonderful to work with. read more
