This review has been long overdue! What can I say that hasn't already been said in all of these glowing reviews here? Well, I was looking for the right words to accurately describe my experience working with Gina, and to be honest, some of the feelings were mixed at first, but when we received our wedding video, it definitely reminded us of just how valuable Gina and her team's services were in contributing to the success of our BIG day! If it wasn't for her, our wedding day wouldn't have been as PERFECT as it was. So reflecting back almost a year ago, these 5 shining stars are well deserved by Gina and her amazing team! =) D'Lish is a full service, one-stop shop for all of your wedding needs, but being the DIY bride that I am, I only needed help tying everything together on the actual day, so I hired Gina as my Day-of Coordinator and Caterer and she came through with flying colors! I planned my entire wedding via the internet and phone, all the way from New York City. This required a TON of patience and blind trust in people who you mostly had to pay in full, well in advance of the actual wedding day. I have to admit, at first I sort of felt like her response time could have been better and a part of the time I just felt like I wasn't as cherished of a customer because I wasn't paying for a "full package", but it must have been my bridezilla hormones raging and playing tricks on me! Gina really came through when it was showtime and that's all that really mattered. So being that I was planning the entire wedding myself, this included doing the flowers and centerpieces the day before the wedding. Our venue was nice enough to allow us the use of their facility to tackle this task. Gina stuck around after the rehearsal and helped us out by using the flowers we had to created a "sample" centerpiece for us to copy. She totally got my vision! By the end of the afternoon, we had all the centerpieces ready and stored them into the refrigerator. The next day... the BIG day... I almost fainted when I looked in the fridge and a good amount of the flowers wilted from being too cold... then came Gina to the rescue! She salvaged what was left of the flowers and really helped us to improvise.. everything came out just as beautiful as if nothing had gone wrong. Then, more flower drama... I had ordered my bouquet from another vendor and when it was delivered, I was extremely disappointed because the bouquet looked nothing like what was discussed, even after I provided the vendor with multiple pictures... not even close! Gina saw that I was really upset and offered to help make me a new bouquet with the flowers from the centerpieces, but me being sensitive to the feelings of the florist, just felt really bad, so I declined the offer, but it was the sweetest gesture and exactly what I needed at that time of crisis. Gina also offers a floral service and would typically charge for making a bouquet, but she was willing to offer her help in my time of need. I was truly touched. Moral of the story? Gina is an EXPERT at what she does and has a heart of gold! She truly understands the pressures that each bride would face on their special day and knows how to diffuse any situation where things don't go smoothly. I really felt like she bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy. I also noticed that throughout the night, she was really attentive and worked hard to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. I had a vision of what my dream wedding would be, and Gina was the KEY to bringing everything to life. On top of all that, Gina has proven to be knowledgeable of the venue, she offers fair and affordable pricing, and she is a person with great style and an artistic vision, not to mention all the food and the cake (made by her sister, Leigh, of Tiers of Joy) were all D'LISH!! She comes with a staff of highly trained professionals and our day couldn't have been more perfect without this dream-team! If you are considering D'Lish for your wedding or are undecided, I would definitely recommend "pulling the trigger" on this one, Gina is your GAL! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you once again Gina and I hope all is well over in paradise! =)

The photos we received for our wedding turned out wonderfully -- our families were so happy with them, and we were grateful to have those memories captured. But sadly, we're now past 8 months since our wedding, and we still haven't received our highlight or full video, despite following up several times. We also asked for a few specific/missing photos (a large group reception shot and a portrait of the bride with her immediate family) that still haven't been delivered. What's been most disappointing is the lack of transparency and communication. We've been incredibly patient, giving space for the creative process and trying not to rush the team. But after so many months and repeated follow-ups, we're left feeling anxious and in the dark. We've just repeatedly been told "next week" for months and now we've reached a point that we've been entirely ghosted. We trusted Isle Media to preserve the emotional essence of a once-in-a-lifetime day -- and now we're afraid we may never get to relive it the way we had hoped. For a service of this cost and significance, this level of delay and silence is deeply disheartening. If/when our remaining photos and videos are delivered at the high-quality standard you would expect from Isle Media, I'll gladly update this review -- but as it stands, I wouldn't want another couple to go through this and therefore can't recommend their services to anyone looking for an event photographer/ videographer.

We are super grateful to have had them be a big part of our big day. My husband and I booked Kualoa Ranch as our wedding venue. They require a coordinator, so I reached out to a friend who had recently gotten married and she recommended ABC Weddings because they did an awesome job on her wedding. So that is what we did! We booked the Signature Hybrid Package. We booked ABC about 1.5 years prior to our wedding day. The team was so organized and very thorough throughout the entire process! We filled out a questionnaire to give the team an idea of our vision. They provided a comprehensive Google Sheet which included a planning checklist, our budget/payment tracker, our event timeline, inventory list, seating chart & guest list, and a list of recommended vendors based on our budget. As we got closer to our wedding date, Sammy was assigned to be our lead coordinator. We communicated over emails and mostly via text message for convenience. We met with her regularly over Zoom so we could go over our sheets and discuss our timeline, layout, etc. You can trust the ABC team with the layout; they know what they're doing and the placement of vendors/stations makes sense. Sammy made sure to capture every little detail that we mentioned we wanted for our wedding. She answered all questions my husband and I had. We didn't have to wait more than a business day for a response, which we truly appreciated. We were in the middle of a Kona Low storm during the week of our wedding, and my husband and I were worried about the weather, especially on our big day. The ABC team had a solid rain plan just in case, and kept us updated quick. Very fortunately, we just had a slight drizzle the morning of and did not rain the rest of the day :') it was nice to have a good rain plan handy, thanks to the team. I consider myself a Type A person who likes to meticulously plan trips and friends' birthdays, and trust me when I say a wedding coordinator is a MUST, no matter how organized you think you are lol. There are so many little details we definitely would've missed if we didn't have one. Our wedding day turned out to be a dream come true for my husband and me. Our ceremony and reception literally looked like images I saved to my Pinterest board! Everything went as planned and more. We were mostly on time with our timeline. It was so beautiful seeing everything we've planned for in the past year and a half come to life. Everyone we love was under one tent, they all looked like they were having a fun time, including our vendors. Shoutout to Jamie, Krista, and Sammy for taking care of me, my bridesmaids, my husband, and his groomsmen from the morning of our wedding to the end of the night! They all made sure we had everything we needed, including giving us our pupus, cocktails, and dinner so we wouldn't have to wait in line, and for even helping me fix my dress bustle! They all did an excellent job coordinating our wedding and making sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the night. We ended up getting all our deposits back :) it has been almost 3 weeks since our wedding and we already miss them and their good vibes. We 1000% recommend the ABC Weddings team to help plan/coordinate your dream wedding :)

Despite the glowing reviews and many recommendations that ABC Weddings was one of the best planning…read moreand coordination teams in Oahu- I unfortunately was left very disappointed with the lack of presence/front-end coordination on the wedding day and miscommunication. For background information, we purchased their basic package for $3000 (which is only for hotel venues). The first mishap was when I wanted to schedule an appointment to discuss additional questions I had ($120 for 1 hour). They never showed up for my appointment. I did try calling their main line and the coordinators cell phone, but it all went to voicemail. In the end, it turned out that the coordinator was moving and had a lot on her plate, so my appointment fell through the cracks. They ended up scheduling me another meeting free of charge, which I did appreciate. In October, I was really feeling the pressure, so I inquired about having my coordinator start 3 weeks earlier than planned. ABC Weddings was quick to respond and have my lead coordinator, Sammy, start earlier for a $500 fee, to which I paid. Here's where things take a turn for the disappointing. When Sammy took over point of contact (POC), I still had my vendors emailing me directly for questions/info. Also, when I asked Sammy questions about my venue (i.e. rehearsal times/location, basic questions regarding catering, etc), she wasn't sure a lot of the times, which then meant I had to ask my venue directly. This wasn't EVERY time, but it was a lot of the time, which I felt defeated the purpose of taking over POC. I also felt there wasn't closed loop communication, so I was unsure of what Sammy was doing on her side with the vendors until the very end when I asked her to CC me on her final emails with timelines so I knew what they were being told. At the rehearsal, Sammy only had 2 copies of the timeline printed, which was not enough to distribute to both our parents and our maid of honor/best man. Additionally, we also learned at the rehearsal that she was NOT going to be the person actually coordinating the day. For example, letting us know where to go and when, updating the timeline if there are any changes, etc. Per our contract, it states: "We will check in with you before the professional photographer arrives to organize the important details, check in with family members, keep the timeline moving smoothly, get you out the door on time, organize requested group photos, and overall customer service throughout the day!" The huge missing pieces for us was checking in with family members, keeping the timeline moving smoothly, and getting us out the door on time. On the day of, Sammy was already confused on a decor piece that we had discussed at previous meetings, which led to me having to re-explain to her what I wanted during my hair/makeup. She did not check-in with any of my family members/bridal party. She only had communication with my matron of honor who was running the entire timeline/day, and this was largely because my matron of honor was the one checking in with her. She did not text us to let us know when to go where, so we were completely on our own. When it came time to put on my wedding gown, Sammy was unable to zip my dress, and the entire time I was clearly upset, she did not offer any reassurance or support, but rather spent time in the living room looking lost/confused. She did call the wedding shop, per my suggestion, and they came to the venue to help put on my dress which was amazing on their part (Casablanca!). Due to the issue with the dress, our timeline got pushed back by 15-20 mins, to which she told my matron of honor to let my parents know to delay our first look. Why didn't she text them and update the timeline herself? Although it worked out, this situation was not solved nor made better by Sammy. Honestly it felt like she didn't want to be there and didn't have a lot of care for our wedding day. I did share my thoughts with Lauren (CEO) post-wedding, and she was very apologetic but explained that "Our lead coordinators focus primarily on managing logistics, vendors, and timeline flow behind the scenes so couples can remain present and enjoy their day". This is confusing because that's not what is stated in our contract nor expected from our conversations. I understand she was doing the behind the scenes, but why was the timeline piece missing? There were two coordinators on site, to which I was told the 2nd coordinator would be doing setup/vendor management, but it seems like that's not the case? Irregardless, I felt the contract was not met, and that there was not any management for us, the wedding party and family members. Sadly, I would not recommend ABC Weddings if you are purchasing the basic coordination package. It definitely seemed that because I purchased the lowest tier, we were not high priority and it did not feel like they were willing to go above and beyond for one of the most special days of our lives.

Sorry for the late post. I was waiting for pictures so I can provide you all with visuals hehe…read more Anyways. We got married at Haiku Gardens on 9/3/2025. Amazing individuals involved: We worked with Tamara, Morgan, and Kat. Tamara ended up being on maternity leave (CONGRATS TO HER!!) and we worked mostly with Morgan as she helped continued getting us ready and settled for the big day. We met Kat on rehearsal day and she helped us and the wedding crew know what to do and what will happen on the big day. And Kat was there with Morgan the day of to help run the show. Most of our communication was from emails. No texting. And phone appointments. Heads up: a wedding happens almost everyday here at Haiku Gardens so getting an immediate reply via emails and phone calls are not always guaranteed. So ADVICE - set those phone appointments! VERY HELPFUL to do! Haiku Gardens have many different wedding packages to choose from. They will layout the pricing for you of each package. My husband and I did an "a la carte" instead. Tamara and Morgan were on task and organized with the pricing of everything and anything added or subtracted. As far as vendors go, we definitely let them choose which ones to use (I believe the vendors they use are ones they mostly use in their wedding ceremonies) and all vendors were GREAT! We had no issues with them at all. I had to ask Morgan a few times who were the vendors so I can look them up online on my free time and follow them on IG and FB. Our reception was at Haleiwa Jose's which is up the little hill and very close by. They provide a golf cart to pick up and drop off guests and wedding crew from the ceremony site to the reception site. Tamara and Morgan showed pricing of menu choices. We chose the buffet option and added a roasted pig station. Per our guests, they loved everything and said all food choices were delicious! Nothing was dry or too salty. PERFECT! They even enjoyed the bar. Reception Space used was great. Just seeing the amazing trees, mountains, sky...was a perfect view. We had a small group - 53 guests - but Haiku Gardens can definitely have more than 100. Haiku Gardens....sigh...the scenery...BEAUTIFUL and PEACEFUL. With of course a couple sounds from the roosters, which we didn't mind. We're Filipino and we get that in the Philippines so we're used to it hehe. It was hot that day. LOL. During the ceremony, all of us were sweating. Good thing, our wedding favors were fans for the guests to use. But even though it was hot, everyone enjoyed and the Aloha spirit was definitely present. The floral decor was just how I wanted it. They turned out so beautifully. Wedding decor, which were from me, were arranged as asked. Morgan even let me borrow a couple of easels for the reception :) Haiku Garden's ceremonies are "DAY weddings," so just know you have the venue with reception (at Haleiwa Joe's) from 10am-2:30pm. Which was fine. My husband and I were looking for something not too long or during most of the day (we already got married at a city hall in San Francisco a year ago). It was definitely convenient for us. DJ and Emcee were perfect. We really loved our Emcee. She definitely helped reception activities go by within time range without the rush or push of getting things done. The only thing that did not happen (which we assumed because of time) is our money dance. L'Amour Photography & Video - They are amazing! Just having them on our special day was fun and they helped eased any nerves. Still waiting for the rest of the photos, but the videos they captured - wonderful! All in all, we are glad we found Haiku Gardens and Tamara and Morgan. Everything went smoothly before and during the big day. I did not feel stressed as I expected to be hehe. Views were amazing especially if you are not wanting a beach wedding. Our guests cannot stop talking about the ceremony and the food! Mona is always one step ahead with every detail. So many friends and family commented on how beautiful and organized the entire wedding was. My son and daughter-in-law focused on their vows and a beautiful evening with their closest friends and family. All details were taken care of by Mona. NEU Events came highly recommended and I understand why. I was in awe of the level of experience, expertise, and excellence I watched unfold. I have lived in Hawaii for near 50 years and have attended countless weddings, events, and professional galas, many with excellent coordination and event planners, Mona with NEU Events is a few notches above the best I've experienced, Bar None
