I wanted to get a Tangle Teezer brush for my niece's long and fine hair and a hydrating hair mask for me since the cold and ry air from winter is something my "tropical hair" is not accustomed. Quickly grabbed the products I was looking for, however, my mother-in-law wanted to try some new hair products. We asked the staff for guidance and she oriented us and pointed us in the right direction. My mother-in-law does not speak English, so I kept translating her 101 questions to the staff and the lady helping us out was nice, patient and would continue to show us options and products with a friendly face. She later reminded my mother-in-law about their free rewards program, with special sales and discounts and was very thorough explaining their awesome return policy. All in all, no complaints and we were happy with services received and their return policy. Mother-in-law exchanged some products she wan't 100% convinced about and she was happy she was able to try them out and exchange them hassle free.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars…read more My visit on 7/14/2026 reminded me exactly why I stopped shopping at Ulta two years ago. As soon as my cousin and I walked in, we were greeted politely by the employees at the front. However, once we made our way into the store, the experience completely changed. A blonde, white woman who appeared to be a manager (this was around 4:30-5:00 p.m.) repeatedly stared at us as we walked through different aisles. At one point, I stopped to smell a body mist. I looked up and noticed two employees watching my cousin and me. When I made eye contact, they continued to watch us. I then noticed another employee on the other side of the aisle, stocking merchandise while also keeping an eye on us. Altogether, there were three employees two Black women and one white woman who seemed to be monitoring us throughout our visit. To make matters worse, we were asked if we needed help every few minutes. While I understand that customer service is part of the job, the constant attention, combined with being watched throughout the store, made it feel like we were being profiled rather than assisted. I am not a thief. I am a paying customer who came in to shop like everyone else. Being made to feel suspicious simply for browsing was disrespectful and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this experience confirmed why I had not returned to this location in two years. I will not be shopping at this Ulta again, and based on this experience, I have no interest in visiting any Ulta location in the future. That's why y'all work in retail and have nothing better to do with your time
