This is one our families favorite restaurants... the sizzling rice soup is the best in Fresno! We usually order 3 plates and it feeds all 6 of us. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lazy Susan is huge and makes it so much easier to pass all the delicious food around![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

One of the best sweet n sour pork here in Fresno. Came in here for lunch and was in the mood for some sweet and sour pork and I was blown away by their food. You now it's going to hit when you see that bright red glaze. It was crispy and tender it got a 10/10 from me.

**Siu Mai kind of place**…read more Their menu has an incredible variety, offering all the classic dim sum favorites and then some. The har gow (shrimp dumplings) are perfectly translucent with a juicy, flavorful filling, and the siu mai are tender and well-seasoned. The char siu bao (BBQ pork buns) are soft, fluffy, and just the right balance of sweet and savory. The *Peking duck with bao buns was a standout--juicy, tender meat with a perfectly crisp skin. When combined with the rich plum sauce and fresh green onions, every bite was absolute perfection. One of the best things about this place is the variety--whether you're craving steamed, fried, or baked dishes, their extensive menu makes it easy to try something new every visit. It was delicious the first time I came here with my family, and it continues to impress every time we return. My only critique is the interior could use some updating to freshen up the atmosphere. **Recommend for anyone looking for flavorful dim sum with plenty of great choices.

Better to have half the amount and cost. 2. Egg flour soup, tastes like literally flour. It was so starchy. 3. Beef dish was large portion, but salty. 4. The prawn and snow peas were really good. Prawns cooked perfectly. 5. Hong Kong noodles were alright, portion was huge! Wish the server told us about the quantity. I would have just have the dinner special. And I saw the quantity and 2-3 people could share. Ambiance-okay, but for me, dirty condiments bottles.

We were seated almost right away, which was a great start to the experience. We ordered several dim sum dishes, including the Pork Barbecue Buns, Custard Buns, Deep Fried Taro, Pork Siu-Mai, and Fried Squid, and every single item was delicious. The flavors were spot on, and everything tasted fresh and well made. The servers were also friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our meal. This place is huge!…read more When you walk into Four Seasons there's a small dining room to left and to the right you'll see two massive dining rooms, with plenty of space for a friends dinner. Our food was for pickup and everything was ready on time and piping hot. We ordered a lot because we weren't sure of the portion sizes, but they were massive so we had leftovers for days! We ordered steamed pork buns, orange chicken, crispy sweet and sour pork, beef and broccoli, low mein, and Yangzhou Fried Rice. Everything was delicious and loaded with flavor. The standouts were the yangzhou fried rice which comes with shrimp, chicken, and vegetables. Loved all the meat here and big chunks of veggies. We all loved the orange chicken and the crispy fried pork especially. I tried to get my kids to sample the steam pork buns, but they wouldn't, which just meant more for me! Pillowy soft and full of tender BBQ pork, they were my fave. Truly a hidden gem right in the heart of Clovis!

I wanted to like this place, but the food was very disappointing. Don't recommend.

We ordered the combo #5 (orange chicken, chow mein, fried rice and pork), the pork egg foo Yong, and a side of eggplant. The portions are ginormous and the quality is pretty good too. We enjoyed everything -- the egg foo Yong was fried and had a little bit of gravy, the eggplant was tender though it was missing some spicy so we added chili oil to it. We also enjoyed the orange chicken, fried rice and chow mein on the combo plate. There were enough leftovers for 2-3 meals. The price was also very fair and the staff kind and attentive despite how busy they are. It's the type of place where the servers ask how your family is doing if they haven't seen you in awhile. Definitely a solid place for Chinese and I can see why they are doing so well!

We ordered take out for dinner last night and it was terrible. O thought it was a good sign that when I called to order, they were obviously busy. I was out on "hold" for a long time and could hear and the bustle of orders, payment, etc. I ordered the special chow vein with chop suey for $2 extra (there was none), sweet and sour chicken, Mongolian beef, egg rolls, and chicken salad. Everything had the same smell to it. It must be the fish sauce or vinegar that they use or something. But the smell and taste was overwhelming. If I just ate the noodles of the chow mein, that wasn't so bad but that was it. The sweet and sour chicken was ok, and for the most part, the chicken salad was ok except the pieces of chicken again, had that same taste. I can't really describe it. Anyway, those two dishes are the only reason I gave 2 stars. I normally love leftover Chinese food for breakfast the next day. Not this, I had to throw it away. And that's a crime in this economy.
