I spoke to Ray and he was very personable and accommodating. He explained what headlight bulb was the best option and what kind of labor it would entail to replace it. He worked with me on pricing and provided a reasonable quote. Once I showed him that a competitor had a better rate, he matched it! The replacement took about an hour and the best part is that he came to my house! I have been looking for a new mechanic since my family mechanic retired a few years ago. I believe I have finally found a mechanic that can be my new family mechanic!

I took my car into Discount Tire and I was told that all 3 tires were in fact not new and actually had less than half of its lifespan remaining after only driving for a weeks. No one called back. When I had to call back, no one had any answers ever for anything. They are friends with the Enterprise Rent A Car representative and I really do believe they are in cahoots with each other. They waited until after the insurance could no longer provide a rental, which cost me about 1 car payment for the insurance. The vehicle I was provided smelled like mold and was obviously water damaged. I had to demand a different vehicle. On top of that, when the body shop returned my vehicle, it had rust all over the roof. They delivered my vehicle wet, so I did not see it until I got home and it was dry. There was also white paint on the inside of one of my doors and even rust on the interior lining of the trunk. When I went to them to repair the damage they caused, they knocked off a part of my side view mirror and scratched up my windshield as if with a scouring pad. I still haven't gotten my windshield fixed. Honestly, the dent was not very significant. I feel like I came home with a crappier car than what I brought in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I was able to get the tire inflated thanks to the valet crew so I could get home but desperate to get the tire fixed before I had to shuttle my client around all day and evening. I found Montrose Mobile Tire here and was so impressed by the number of 5-star reviews. Made an easy online appointment for early the next morning and Oscar showed up on time and had my tire permanently patched in 15 minutes. He was so professional and helpful and I was on my way on time to pick up my client. There was a second part to the story, however. The tire started going flat within a couple of days. Normally this would lead to a negative review but I reached out to Oscar and explained the situation. I was able to get an immediate appointment and he discovered that he had had 1-2 other incidents where the patch had still resulted in a leak on this particular tire and it also could have been a faulty patch. Either way, he triple checked my tire for any other causes for the leak and installed a new patch and tested it, leveled the air pressure in all my other tires and said to call him if there are any other issues with it. While it took two trips, I appreciated the quick response, the dedication to making things right and his willingness to address any issue if one occurred again with the tire.
