My expectations were more than exceeded with Kirt and his crew from GN Fencing…read more First, Kirt promptly returned my call for an estimate. He showed up on time and we walked through my property and discussed what I wanted and where I wanted it placed. He also showed us a brochure that had many styles and colors of fencing to choose from. Kirt promised that the job would be done in one day, very convenient for me as I was on vacation that week and did not want to sit at home for a couple of days! Kirt and his crew showed up at 7:00 am on the agreed upon date, and true to his word, were finished by 4:30 pm. When they were done you would never would have known that anyone was there. They cleaned the area, washed the fence and wrapped up and put away my garden hoses. Before he left he said that if we ever, ever had any problems, to call him and they would take care of it. The employees were all very professional and knowledgeable. They talked me through all of the issues that could be addressed to make my home more energy efficient and the steps needed to be prepared for the installation. They photographed all areas that were inspected before and after installation. They took care of all logistics and financial coordination of the program and laid it out for me in their co-construct website. They did a great job installing insulation in my basement and attic along with upgraded ducting as required. I paid half of the cost up front and the rest after completion. The whole process was relatively easy. I do wish that the co-construct website would go to a read only mode to access and review documentation, at least for a period of time after the work is complete, so I recommend downloading all materials while you have access. Turn cycle solutions was great to work with and I would be happy to work with them again in the future.

Their price was beyond what we could afford, so I started shopping around. W.E.Brown roofing had good reviews, so we called them about the stand-alone structure. Their price was in our budget, and we really liked the knowledge and experience of the fellow who came out to spec the job, Ron Bush. They were able to get us on the schedule fast, and the team that came out to replace the roof did a great job. It looks beautiful, and the technology behind the new shingles is impressive. A couple sheets of plywood needed to be replaced, and they needed to brace one of the rafters to hold the plywood securely. They explained everything they were doing and why it needed to be done. I was worried the price would shoot up, but it ended up being entirely reasonable, and now that structure's roof is going to last for years. I'm really happy with them, and we're going to go with Brown when it comes time to replace our main roof. It was a really good experience. I don't think anyone really *wants* to get this kind of work done, but when you need it, you need it, and they made it not only painless, but pleasant.
