He delivered my first daughter which he made an easy birth even though I had to have the forceps used. He is extremely skilled and talented as an OB/GYN and a surgeon. He got my daughter out with almost no bruising (it is extremely common for children to have MASSIVE bruises on their head if forceps are used) and he was able to stitch me up so that I was fine within a few days after my birth. He has an amazing sense of humor that lightens every meeting and is still able to remain professional. He is the best doctor I have ever been to. Recently I needed my medical records and his staff had no problem helping me with the information I needed. They dug out my file and faxed me my entire record (105 pages!) the same day that I faxed over the request. I will genuinely miss being Dr. Fitzgerald's patient.

Unheard of where I moved here from. And secondly: Wow, such a friendly staff, helpful, experienced, professional, yet not clinical/robotic. These people care. My visit wasn't a number, I wasn't rushed in and out of the process. Dr Hall took her time and wasn't pressured at all to get to another patient. I didn't mind waiting a little while in the exam room once it was apparent that's how this clinic works. I appreciate that the staff takes their time with each patient. I didn't see the negative reviews and I won't go there. No need. I'm more than impressed with this clinic and its staff. I'd give them a 20 out of 1-10 if I could!

Several years ago after dealing with numerous female reproductive health issues, I ended up making an appointment with Dr. Chester's office after being referred to her by a friend. Especially after my former OBGYN had laughed at me and basically told me I was up making up all my symptoms. I had been suffering from mysterious symptoms for years that no one could explain and in my gut I knew it was tied into my other female problems. From the moment I made the appointment and went in to see her, I felt completely at ease in her presence. I'm sure it can be a little off putting having a patient break down emotionally in your office at their first appointment. But after years of having no one listen to me, I had reached my end point. Donna listened and was intent on helping me work through those issues. That was over three years ago and Dr. Chester has worked with me every step of the way on helping me feel better. She was my physician through my surgery and even called me in the off hours on her own time during pre-op when I was experiencing problems with my pre-op medications. She calmly walked me through my questions and concerns. She was the last one I saw before I went under and offered assurances to my family when I experienced a difficult time during surgery. Her aftercare has been truly professional and reassuring. I have seen the one star review left for Dr. Chester and I have my doubts about its validity. Based on my own experiences with her when it comes to her thoughts on taking the ovaries during a hysterectomy. My experience totally contradicts what is stated in that review. I'm not saying it didn't happen, but again my own experience with her as a long term patient speaks otherwise on what is stated as her beliefs about that practice in that review. After my surgery I ran into numerous issues and continued to live a life with severe pain. Enough to where I was only having two good weeks a month with my health. I was ready to give up and kept saying it would probably be this way the rest of my life. Not the case. Donna Chester and her staff worked with me every step of the way to give me options. And I have no doubt if it were not for Dr. Chester, I wouldn't have my life back like I do today.

She was very professional and very knowledgeable, providing me with various approaches in dealing with my situation. I decided on a procedure that would alleviate my problems in a particular manner and she was very understanding and supportive of my decision. She also gave me the option to change my mind whenever I needed. I did not feel pressured one way or another. The surgery was quicker than I anticipated, recovery was great, and Dr. Eaton did a wonderful job. I was off of the pain medicine in two nights, and I have minimal scarring. I feel very confident in Dr. Eaton's skills and I appreciate her respecting my decisions as an adult woman, as some people are not always as understanding. Additionally, the staff and PAs are also great. I have always had a great experience there, and everyone is very kind and helpful. All around, I think the world of WCA and they have treated me so well.

I was recommended this clinic by a good friend after my longtime gynecologist retired. I really…read morewanted to have a positive experience with this office because the physicians I've interacted with have been very kind and personable. Unfortunately, after multiple experiences, I will not be returning. Most recently, I was seen for urinary symptoms and provided a urine sample. I was told that a prescription to treat a UTI would be sent to my pharmacy. It is now the following day, Friday, and despite calling multiple times and sending a message through the patient portal, my prescription still has not been sent. I called again this afternoon, an hour before they close, and had to leave a message. With the office closed on weekends, I fear I will have to spend additional money going to urgent care or making a telehealth appointment to prevent the infection from getting worse. Unfortunately, this also isn't my first difficult experience here. During a previous visit with a different physician while I was experiencing a miscarriage, I had a very uncomfortable, painful transvaginal ultrasound during which the probe was not inserted far enough. I was already going through an incredibly difficult experience, and with a history of SA, the unnecessary physical pain made the situation significantly worse. I chose not to complain at the time because the physician was otherwise very kind. I can overlook an uncomfortable experience or an occasional mistake, but I cannot overlook difficulty obtaining prescribed treatment after repeatedly contacting an office, especially going into a weekend, and after multiple incidents where I felt my care and treatment was not properly valued. Kind providers matter, but communication and timely follow-through matter too. After this experience, I've decided to establish care elsewhere. If you do choose this clinic, I sincerely hope your experience is better than mine, but based on my experiences, I cannot recommend it.

I read so many good reviews about him and his practice that I was more than excited to check on my expected baby for the very first time! However, after arriving to my appointment and meeting with the doctor, I had no idea that an appointment could have gone so badly. (An appointment that is SUPPOSED to be a special time in your life that you will cherish forever....)I After asking me questions regarding my health history, I had mentioned the PTSD that I've been diagnosed with after I had been sexually assaulted. I would have thought that the necessary steps would be taken to ensure a comfortable experience without triggering an episode. I was not told that a Transvaginal Ultrasonography would be taking place at any point, I was just asked to take off my clothes and put on the gown. After the doctor came back into the room he did a breast exam followed by the ultrasonograph. AT NO POINT was I told what was about to happen, Dr. Fitzgerald just stuck (what felt like) his entire fist inside of me. After seeing my discomfort and the pain he was causing to me, my financè told the doctor to stop and that he was obviously hurting me... Dr.Fitzgerald then said, "well it's not going to get any better unless she relaxes." Hearing that made the panic set in and I started to have a panic attack, silent and frozen in place... Then we heard our babygirl's heartbeat for the very first time. This moment of hearing the little life inside of you is one of the most blessed moments in any parent's life, and Dr. Fitzgerald took that moment and made it about something completely different. Afterwards I could not wait to get out of there. I was emotionally spent. I felt violated in more ways than one. He was rough with me and I feel as though that's very unprofessional. I decided to not return to Aurora Women's Health Care due to the lack of bedside manner and a sense of respect that was absent from the appointment. This review is for those of you who have experienced any form of sexual abuse and know how long of a journey it is back to feeling any type of normal again after a traumatic experience. I DO NOT recommend Dr.Fitzgerald...

She doesn't do hospital births any more so I only saw her once and then they switched me. Her attitude was "I've done this a million times" and she went over everything quickly and in little detail. I get that it's YOUR millionth time but it's my first. They switched me to Maude Vance after that. She has little personal skills if any. She walks into your room already talking about baby names and whatnot without even a "Hi." She says all the information so fast and direct it just goes right over me and I can't remember anything when the appointment is over. She seems very knowledgeable but I get the vibe of I'm here to get paid and get out. She asked the same two questions every time and if you don't have one question she offers up no advice and she's on her way out the door. Cool, again it's my first time I don't know what I don't know! She suggested I get the RSV vaccine but I wasnt the correct month range at the rsvp season time. She said no need for a birth plan. Whenever she measures me I'm either too big or too small and then she schedules another ultrasound. Not saying how big or small I am and why it's necessary. Actually delivery time, did multiple interventions which I didn't want and she literally said "it's my job to cut the cord" when somebody asked if anyone wanted to do it. The reason why they are getting three stars is the scheduling. They give you one time to come in and you either say yes or no. The main front desk lady is kind of mean, the one with the flashy loud keyboard. I saw numerous new ladies who were always in training at the front desk across my 9 month visit. For people who don't have a job, it's fine come in whenever. I have to take time off of work to come in. They do open from 8-5 so I'm able to come at 8, but only days where Vance comes in early, otherwise she starts her day at 9am. Another inconvenience. I always have to fight with them, no I'm not going to come twice in one day because you can't get me an ultrasound and see the doctor back to back. Then the doctor thinks I need an ultrasound every other week and that tacks on a while another hour and scheduling mess to figure out. The NP and ultra sound techs have all been very nice and efficient. I usually don't have to wait too long in the lobby or in the exam room. Also they draw blood and do testing here too which is very convienent. I did have to go to a third party to get genetic testing done. Their check in process is a little bit long and tedious online. I've only had to pay my $90 co pay for when I have an ultrasound visit scheduled. Otherwise just a regular doctor checkup it doesn't ask me to pay the copay on the check in process. When I had my very first visit, they had us see the financial lady after we were done with the appointment. Since I had goven All the insurance info when I scheduled before she had all the estimated costs written out for vaginal and c section birth, as well as the ultrasounds. She then charged us $500 for the first ultrasound and said the next one that we would have would be around $700. A little while later as I was looking at my insurance online it said that my insurance had payed Denali OBGYN for the amount of the ultrasounds and that I needed to ask for a refund. They claimed that they charge everyone for the first one even though they already ran my insurance. So they provided me with a copy of my statements so far and that I have a $500 credit on my account. They said at the end they will refund me if I still have a balance with them. I haven't had to pay anything since then except my $90 copay. I had to ask them about this process and where that money went, they didn't provide any of that info voluntarily, like "hey just so you know you have a credit on your account since your insurance paid us as well as you payed." It might just be how they have to do things or how the insurance side works but it was kind of annoying. I would see Kilby if I had to come here again. I saw him twice while mine was on vacation and he was awesome. That's all I can think of for now but I wasn't thrilled with this place. Good luck if you are on a search.

My first appt here was with Sarah Schultz and her MA Crystal. I was touched by how gentle,…read morethoughtful, and informative they both were, especially because I was really nervous. Sarah did a really great job at talking through everything with me and making me feel like I was in charge. When I had to come back for a procedure, I was r/s with Dr. Omaira Colon. I had a completely different experience with her. I wasn't told they would be taking a biopsy or urine sample until I showed up, so I was totally unprepared for either (I would've taken painkillers in advance for the first). They handed me the consent form for the biopsy without even telling me what it was for, and I had to specifically ask to talk to Dr. Colon beforehand. When I was talking through the procedure with Dr. Colon, she seemed annoyed and unempathetic about my hesitations. She offered me aspirin for the pain and expected that to take care of everything (when I knew aspirin 5 minutes before a procedure wasn't going to help me). During the procedure, I had no idea what she was doing next at any point, and I was experiencing a lot of cramping and pain. I felt extra tense and scared because she kept moving forward in the procedure without telling me what she was doing, which probably made it a lot more painful that it needed to be because I couldn't relax. Throughout the procedure, I was wringing my hands in pain and she never once paused to ask if I was okay. If she ever verbalized what she was doing, it was never to ask for my permission and it was typically as she was already halfway into doing it. At the end of the procedure, as I was still in the middle of really painful cramping, she goes, "Wasn't as bad as you thought, right?" I guess she was right- it was worse. Overall, it felt like a completely violating experience. I already had a lot of anxiety over going to the ob-gyn (which I think is pretty common) and now that is going to be increased 10 fold.

During the course of my care, I was informed that I might require an ostomy, and I believe the surgical management of my endometriosis was improperly performed, resulting in significant harm. I am also concerned that Dr. Lindemann demonstrated a lack of understanding regarding the effects of Lupron therapy, specifically that patients undergoing such treatment may not exhibit active endometriosis lesions due to hormonal suppression. Despite this, my symptoms and condition were dismissed. Additionally, I experienced what I perceived to be gaslighting behavior and inappropriate characterization of chronic pain patients as drug-seeking, which I found deeply troubling and inconsistent with accepted standards of compassionate medical care. As a result of my experience, and based on discussions with others who report similar concerns, I believe patients should exercise caution and seek additional opinions when considering care under this provider.
