I love this dentist. I love this place. From the teal long sleeve embroidered scrubs they wear to the marble floors and complimentary apple juice. Dr D is an artist and perfectionist. Just the kind of doc I want working on my teeth. Most dentists told me my teeth were great. And fine. Dr D gave it to me straight. "You're making microscopic cracks in your teeth. Stop chewing ice. You're grinding your teeth at night. They are wore down and chipping. You need a night guard". He gave me all the treatment options to get my teeth in tip top shape so I could choose what I want when I was ready. Getting work done is no fun, but D made it as nice as possible. A huge arched picture window overlooking their green courtyard was in my room. A tv overhead displaying nature scenes. Chapstick and a blanket and wireless headphones to the artist I wanted. I was looking for a new dentist office and found this gem! From the moment they answered phone calls, I just knew that this experience would be great. I was not met with the annoyed receptionist tone that I had encountered in calling around other dental offices trying to find one that took my insurance. And they got me in pretty quickly for the consult followed by a cleaning and even a filling. The experience was great and the care quality is excellent! read more

Beautiful office,staff are nice and the dentist seemed to be accomplished, that's the good. But the dentist's bedside manner negates any pluses the above may give this office. I gave this office a year and after one crown replacement I knew I would never come back. Dr D has no patience and makes no effort to have a working relationship with his patients. When he discovered I had a gag reflex he insisted I take nitrous oxide for all future visits. Not for my well being or comfort but his own. When my husband started shifting in the chair towards the end of a two hour procedure, Instead of offering a small break he asked my husband if he had some kind of medical condition. In retrospect pretty funny but the $$$ price tag for dental work promoted us to find a dentist that truly cares about patients. read more

3/13/2024- Best in the West and I'm not talking about our Rib cook off.. lol.. Previous to our last dentist- where I was honestly traumatized and scared of the hygienist.. -she would basically scold me on my dental care.. Dr. D is very articulate when he performs his procedures, which also carries over to how he chooses his staff.. Angelique who has been cleaning our teeth, is what you want in a hygienist- One who doesn't scale your teeth til you are screaming.. nor one who faintly scales your teeth.. Professional, courteous and friendly.. We got to talking and I was talking about this cookie I have been searching for.. Coincidence?.. She had an extra bag and brought it in for me!! The staff was kind and helpful; however, the dentist didn't listen to my concerns and was dismissive to the pain I felt during a procedure.

Have been coming here for a few years and in the beginning it was excellent, however, there has been a significant turnover in employees and I complained about wrist blood pressure monitors which are highly inaccurate and the dental hygienist came off a bit condescending. They quoted my father in law 680$ for a mouth guard and I think I will be looking for a new dental practice. read more

What an awesome dental practice my family has found. First off, the staff is all around fantastic. They are friendly and professional. It feels like Cheers - everyone knows your name! The dental work is just as amazing. Dr. Dilan and his team do great work. They are very cognizant of your comfort level and have never had a single issue with any of the work done. Finally, they have a huge tv to watch while you're laying in the chair. They gave me control of the remote and I got to have YouTube fun the whole visit. What a game changer!!! As a person who hasn't seen a dentist in 20+ yrs I was nervous and a little apprehensive to get in the door and see what is going on with my teeth. I was experiencing some pain with one of my molars and knew it needed to checked out. After walking in the doors of this beautiful state of the art facility I got the feeling I was in capable hands. Dr. Munaweera and Katy run a very tight ship and know how to make a person feel comfortable. They both had a good way of giving me a honest and straightforward assessment of what was going on with my gums with genuine care around fixing my issues. Turns out it wasn't my teeth at all that were causing my pain it was my gums. After 20 yrs no cavities but my gums are a mess. I immediately booked another appointment for the next day. Ashley was also very helpful in this process. Upon my arrival for my second visit Katy greeted me with a big smile and some healthy banter. She's great! I was scheduled for a deep cleaning and after not being to a dentist in 20 yrs I didn't know what to expect. Before I knew it I was being worked by the steady and caring hands of Angelique she is amazing and she walked through every part of the process with little to no pain! I deeply appreciate all these people and their genuine care for oral hygiene and the issues that are brought to them. Needless to say I have found my dentist and I will be back regularly! They have an amazing staff! Dr. D was very thorough. I chipped my tooth and was able to make an appointment the very next day. I was given a tour of the office when I was taken back to get my consultation. The consultation was very interesting! I was shown an xray of my mouth, sinuses, ear canal and throat! Dr. D & his staff saved the day for my wife last week. After her current dentist (soon to be former dentist?) and endodontist blew the diagnosis on a tooth that had been aching we found ourselves Friday night with a dental emergency and two dentists that couldn't even be bothered to update the stock voice mail messages on their phones. Saturday morning I called the top 7 Google hits for open dentist offices. After 1 out of state call center and 5 folks that couldn't care less about my wife hurting I reached Dr. D's office. Other reviews have mentioned how modern & clean the office is (it is) and how proficient Dr. Dilan is (he certainly got my wife back on her feet). But I didn't notice one yet that raved about their office staff -- they were the only compassionate folks I talked to the whole morning I spent searching. As a result of the compassionate service from the front office and the clutch performance of the doc I'm switching to D Dentistry myself and certainly owe them a huge thanks for what they did last weekend. read more

Cancelled the appointment without an actual call telling me this. They left a vm a month prior saying they had a question for me but no mention of needing to cancel or reschedule. Showed today and was told they are closed and they tried to reach me to cancel prior. Prior to that I was happy with their service and the entire staff was kind and friendly and the place was immaculate. Simple customer service would have changed my opinion read more
