The workers are incredibly friendly, their attention to detail is incredible. The ambiance is good considering it's a food truck in the middle of a gas station. They play some great music and have the TV's showing animated pictures of items from the menu which I found very entertaining Their salsas were amazing, we had the truffle burger which was INCREDIBLE, and the Avocado Queen arepa (loved the name btw, reina pepiada internacional). Maybe would have added a little more avocado, but it was incredibly good still. The quality of the ingredients was very fresh. We asked why, in some pictures, the arepas were colorful, and they said that each day they add a different vegetable to their dough. This time, they added carrots. This was the cherry on top and another reason why you could notice their amazing attention to detail.

Most people order to go, so that is not an issue. The décor is beautiful, with large rattan lighting pendants and an open concept. Towards the back, there's a juice bar. You MUST try the almond joy with cold brew; it is delicious! A few times, they had samples, and if you see them, give it a try. I promise you won't be disappointed. Another breakfast treat is the tequeños and quesitos, baked to perfection. Highly recommended too. I have not tried the lunch menu yet, but my coworkers can't stop talking about how good the sandwiches are, so I see an update of this review in the future. It would be good if they implemented a coffee reward program. Like buy 10 and get 1 free to reward their loyal clientele. Tip: it gets busy during lunchtime, so I recommend going a little before noon or after 1 p.m. if you don't like waiting in line.

Another top favorite is the Sweet Burger. The sweet onion bacon, potato sticks, and pineapple sauce is an absolute game changer! Our food always comes out cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Their appetizers are also amazing. We always get the Tequeños and Salchipapas. Pricing is extremely fair. Service is good. Ambiance is the great outdoors with two comfortable zero-gravity chairs. We were pleasantly surprised when Mr. Mofongo showed up in our Google search and, even better, it was close by! The menu offers a great selection of authentic Puerto Rican dishes, and the portions are generous for the price.
