The spa was clean; smelled spa like, petite and great for what I needed. The staff on Monday-Beth in particular was exceptional she showed me the spa area and was very informative regarding the day pass(me) and the facial(male travel partner). All the staff I encountered Monday was fantastic. However Tuesday Thé morning of my spa day the staff turned off the fantastic button. We both had our inferred session same day together Monday afternoon. He had his facial same day Monday-he said he really enjoyed it. He face was very dewy and moisturized . Pleasant experience. My spa session on Tuesday was good; I'm am so glad i booked early morning bc I had the place to myself for almost two hours. Remember I said petite.Yes it a cute space to relax if you have an hour or so. Tried the Himalayan salt sauna larger pool; open shower, dry sauna and hottest whirlpool(it was mild). The cold plunge whirlpool was good. I enjoyed my time. They have three whirlpools outside fits 4 comfortably maybe 5 strangers. I had them to myself so it was wonderful. Overall it was a great experience for me. They seem to offer full spa services from what I saw as I walked around. The spa gets a 4 star due to amenities cleanliness and offerings. Although small the space was utilized well. I am very big on customer service and the Tuesday staff was clearly not morning people; thus the reason for the overall 3 stars. If you're in the hotel area yes visit during off peak times to have the best experience it gets crowded quickly due to small size.

This is a lovely little spa inside the Marriott Falls View hotel. My wife and I went for the oasis…read morethermal journey and were pleasantly surprised with all they mange to fit into a small space. The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

I visited Healthwinds today and I feel amazing already! 1)…read morethey are taking COVID very seriously. A prescreen document is required before your visit. Sanitizer is provided. The massage table was perfect. Areas were wrapped in plastic and well sanitized. Fresh white linens and white towel as well. Due to COVID showers and steam room not available (for obvious reasons) but look forward to being able to check them out. 2) My therapy was EXCELLENT. Sue was the therapist that worked on me today. Very knowledgeable about energy pathways and did a thorough assessment of my body both hands off and hands on before beginning treatment. 3) I was given homework and exercises to do in the interim! I'm so thankful for professionals who share their secrets - it makes me want to go back for more! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS AMAZING EXPERIENCE - I will be back ASAP.

I should preface this Yelp rating by saying the service was nice, massages are recommended. But the…read moremanicure was not great and I felt it was very misleading. I decided to come here with my boyfriend because he really needed a massage. He's been working over time nearly everyday and stands a lot. It seemed like a really good idea to gift him a relaxing morning. While he did that, I decided I'd get a manicure to help pass the time. Mirabel was amazing at helping us do the booking and being very clear about the costs etc. Absolutely wonderful! Starting with the boyfriend's experience: the hydrotherapy was nice, but it was also not the most relaxing. He was getting splashed in the face a bit by the masseuse controlling the handheld jet which you can imagine is quite unpleasant, especially when you're meant to relax. He didn't enjoy it much but the effects of increasing circulation in the body certainly worked. He did enjoy the 45 minutes massage that followed thankfully. His masseuse was able to work out a lot of his knots in the shoulder and upper back. And he said that was very relaxing and he wishes he would have just done a full 90 minutes of massage instead. If this review was based solely on the one service, 5 stars! The manicure was not great at all. I realize it's not what they specialize in, but I think if they plan to charge as much as a regular manicure bar for polish ($38) then they should invest in proper training for application and more color options. They didn't even have white. The website says choose from 150+ colors. What a lie. I walked in and there were about 40 pinks and purples + a small handful of random colors. Usually I'm having trouble deciding because I love all the colours. Here I was disappointed to see they did absolutely NOT have 150+ colors to choose from. That was upsetting and misleading. The hand massage was amazing and the prep was done well. They really got the cuticles formed nicely, though I am sensitive and had to mention it a few times. She was a bit rough with the sharper pointy tool. I was not very relaxed. What bugs me is that they didn't do a base coat and didn't properly cap the nails. The brand apparently doesn't require it but I think that's a very basic few steps to ensure the best longevity of the manicure for your client. They also paint in tiny strokes not fully down the nail so now that it's dry, I can see it's not smooth at all. It's been less than 24 hours, and I've done no heavy lifting or soaks. It's already chipped. I do my nails all the time with regular polish and chipping usually begins in 5 days or so, even with heavy lifting. The top coat was very thin and I think didn't do much to protect the polish, either. I would not recommend the manicures at all. Pedicures is a different story because they can help you treat the callouses etc. But I wouldn't spend the money here for a manicure again. You can't charge $38 + tax when you have very few color options, no base coat, and no good quality top coat. Update the wording on your website please to reflect that you have limited options. Over all, he enjoyed his massage, and the team members were extremely pleasant. The environment is nice with a fantastic steam room available to clients in the shower area. But after a lot of reflection on the entirety of the experience, I don't think I'll be back or really recommend them. When you're one of 100+ spas, you need to invest more into the services so people want to return, even when it's your smallest services. You have wonderful staff and fantastic location. Sadly, we enjoyed 1/3 services at the end of the day.

The last time I was here was before the Hyatt, along with the spa went through a big renovation. I…read moreremember the facilities were quite good and if you got a couples massage you got a private room that included a shower and hot/soaker tub. Following the renovations the spa is still located in the basement which is not ideal as you can hear the subway. Once you check in a staff member walks you through the change room explaining how to use the lockers, sauna and steam room. The space is also nothing special meaning it looks like any other spa. There are his and her change rooms where you can also find a stream room and sauna. Full shower facilities with access to shampoos, lotions, hair dryers etc. They carry La Labo for their body products which is quite nice. Lounge area is co-ed but is small. This is where you can find complementary water, coffee, tea and light snacks. Couples massage room is like any other massage room. Two tables and a standard soaker tub that looks like it only fits one. Massage was okay but I know like other places, depending on who you get it's hit or miss. We were celebrating a birthday so a complementary glass of prosecco was offered. I ranked it a 3 but In general better than a 3 but not quite a 4. I know it's been upgraded and is more zen and modern but I miss the old space where there were more options of services.
