And that was after I said something. So who knows how long it would have taken. This isn't because of lack of effort. The baristas were doing things. They're making lots of drinks. But it's not clear for whom. They finish the drinks and they don't call people's names. Maybe they're for to go orders? I understand that restaurants need to make choices about how they run things. All I can say is, that it's not a good experience to get all of your food and you have to wait for a black iced coffee (a drink that takes very minimal effort) for 10 minutes. It's a unique and surprisingly perfect combination: Black Forest ham, Swiss cheese, crisp red apple slices, and honey mustard on a sub roll. Pair it with one of their deli salads and a bag of chips and you've got an outstanding lunch that hits every note. I only wish I had a deli like this back home in Western NY.
