Martha does such a wonderful job that we also started having her clean my grandmother's apartment on a regular basis as well. Highly recommend Milan and especially Martha for anyone looking for dependable, thorough, and professional cleaning services.

When I tried to discuss the pricing, Jose was rude, talked over me, and even said he had "Googled my home" to justify the charge. ELISA AND HER TEAM WE ARE LIFESAVER!!…read more I had scheduled a cleaning with someone else the day before I was supposed to move in. The person never showed nor responded to my calls the day before or the day off. I frantically became searching for someone lo Kal to clean that afternoon. Elisa was extremely helpful and got 3 of her wonderful cleaners out within 2 hours. They did a great job. The house needed a good scrub especially in the kitchen and bathroom area. I would highly recommend them!

Otherwise they always did a great job and we valued their work. Elisa seemed very professional. We paid her consistently, and tipped her cleaning ladies pretty well. I even gave them gifts occasionally to show our appreciation. Sometimes I had to cancel last minute. I have chronic illness and recently had a newborn. I always communicated with Elisa nonetheless, which she seemed good about. I noticed in the last couple of months her communication was declining. I'd ask for a date; she'd respond to me a few days later, then a couple of weeks later, and fill me in when she had cancellations last minute. Last month she stopped responding to me altogether and left me hanging which was unlike her. I had a gathering the following day which my house unfortunately wasn't completely clean as I hoped, since her staff NO SHOWED on me. Tried calling her, and she just never responded. Such a disappointment. Unprofessional and shady on her part. It's a real shame we can't rely on them anymore.

Yenny came over for an estimate and was very kind. Everyone who came for the initial deep cleaning was just as kind and worked so hard -- they really got into the nooks and crannies of areas in my home I haven't been able to reach in a long time. My home hasn't felt this clean in forever, and I truly wish I'd done this sooner. It's affordable for the size of our home and went beyond my expectations. Highly recommend if home cleaning services are something you've been debating and can fit in your budget. Money well spent. I already feel so much lighter. Thank you, Yenny and team!

When she left the 2nd time I didn't even think or bother to go upstairs and see what she had done. And now it is almost 1am and I'm making my own bed because she didn't make the bed. She did make the bed in our spare room but not in the master. She also didn't empty any trash upstairs. Upon leaving she emphasized how she cleaned all my blinds (which I am thankful for) but I'd rather have my bed made and trashes empty than that. I don't usually leave reviews (especially negative) but I feel like making a bed and emptying trashes are at the bare minimum. She quoted me low and I did pay above. Upon personality alone I wish I could of paid more (and planned to) but service wasn't as high as I'd like or anticipate.

Bad service! Do not hire!…read more Irene herself is very nice but a push over at that when it pertains to her workers. I had paid $250 for a deep clean, which included a top to bottom clean. Top to bottom means everything from top to bottom is cleaned, ceiling fans, windows, cabinets, floors, etc. My home is fairly new and we tend to be pretty clean people. The services were needed as my work schedule limits me and I wanted someone whom could help me keep things tidy. I Initially hired her for once a month with the possibility of extending the services. Multiple missed areas. The window jams weren't cleaned filled with spider webs, parts of my furniture in my living room, kids rooms, hall cabinet and my bedroom dresser left with dust. The photo of the rag covered in dust was from me cleaning the missed areas. Irene offered to come back but with my work schedule who wants to be available to allow her to come back. I thought well I'll let it slide, but I'd want a discount or something should I decide to book again. I am very particular with whom I let into my home. I figured I would address my concerns and give her another shot. I didn't really want to find another person and start all over. I addressed the concerns with Irene she agreed to discount the next services. I agreed and I took the day off to be here when they arrived for the next service. I wanted to discuss my concerns in person so that I could understand what they need from me in order to obtain the level of service that one should obtain when hiring a housekeeper. You could tell she didn't want to hear it and said they do they best they can. Um so missing areas is the best you can do?! I thought well let me try to reword what I am saying. Nope, her workers started to make faces, even so that my 9 year old said mommy they were making faces when you were talking. About 5 minutes into the conversation Irene came out of the hall and said her workers didn't feel comfortable to work because they didn't feel they could work to my expectations. Forgive me but is it there job to make that decision or is it the owner of the business? To me a job that's not done correctly should be corrected and if a customer cannot address their concerns doesn't warrant good business to me. I explained this to Irene and she just shrugged her shoulders. Really?!? As they gathered their things I overheard the woman gossiping and making remarks about my mother. My mother typically is the one whom is home due to my work schedule. Totally unprofessional. Word of advice to this company, when you're in this type of business you sign up for customer service whether you like what the customer has to say or not. As many say, the customer is always right! I wasn't yelling at you nor did anyone threaten you, we were simply pointing out what was missed and what I wanted done. Hire workers that know how to work hard and who don't take short cuts. I work hard for my money and I want the job done right, knowing I agreed to pay her more than what other companies charge I was expecting good services, not half ass. Do yourself a favor hire someone who appreciates your business and who will do the job right the first time. Most of all hire someone who has workers who aren't disrespectful.
