Let me first start off by saying NOONE likes to come outside to see that their car is gone and has…read morebeen towed. That was my daughter's experience recently. Never have we experienced this before and didn't know what to do. It started with a simple call to the company. The gentleman was VERY professional and respectful as he explained the rules and the steps we needed to take to get our vehicle. We find out the only person that could pick-up the car was the person that it was registered to. This was a little complicated because the person that the car was registered to was out of town on vacation. The office staff helped us through the process every step of the way. Something I am deeply grateful for. I write all of this to say...it wasn't the tow truck companies fault that our car was parked in a lot that was monitored for towing. This day and time, we like to blame someone else for OUR actions. If you find yourself in this situation as we were, one suggestion I have for you is to BREATHE. On Time Towing will ease your mind (maybe not your headache due to stress that you caused) and help you through the process. Kuddos On Time Towing for an Atta-boy of job well done.

If I could give them zero stars I would!…read more 1. Tow Notification: Around 6:30 p.m., my husband's car was towed from his place of employment. When we contacted the tow dispatcher, they stated that the vehicle was towed because the parking pass was not visible in the window. 2. Retrieving the Vehicle: The next morning, when we picked up the vehicle, I immediately observed that the parking pass was clearly visible. 3. Reviewing the Impound Receipt: The receipt listed "see notes," so I went inside the tow office to review them. I explained to the man at the window that the dispatcher claimed the parking pass wasn't visible, but it was clearly in place. I also noted that my husband has worked at this establishment for over five years, and this has never happened before. 4. Contradictory Explanations: The man at the window said he personally saw the parking pass during his morning walk and that visibility was not the reason for the tow. Instead, he claimed the car was parked in the wrong lot. When I asked to see or print the notes, he initially refused, saying he "couldn't print them." 5. Accessing the Notes and Photos: I was later able to photograph the notes, which read: "The car had a paper permit per 'Joy' and was parked in the wrong area." I also viewed the photos taken at the time of towing; the car was clearly parked in the same area it's parked in every week. 6. Interaction with Tow Company Employee: When I took a photo of the notes, the man jumped up and told me I couldn't take pictures. I then asked for a refund since the car was illegally impounded, and the reason provided did not match the facts. The man replied sarcastically that if I was "hard up for money," I could wait for the manager to arrive the next day. I clarified that I'm not "hard up" I just want a refund for an unlawful tow and for it to be documented that: * The car had a visible, valid parking pass. * The employee confirmed he personally saw the pass that morning. At that point, he became hostile and told me to leave and return when the manager is in. Additional Concerns * The company has no email address or functional website, which makes documentation difficult. * Online research shows multiple reports of similar illegal towing incidents involving this same company. * The employee stated, "we get sued all the time," and discouraged me from seeking legal help due to legal fees yet expected me to pay for an illegal tow. * The company's fees are not posted anywhere, and the amount we paid was significantly less than other impoundments, suggesting possible irregularities or acknowledgment of wrongdoing
