BLACKMAIL - texts you sent stating you would only reimburse me if I took my bad reviews off line, which I have a right to do as long as I tell the truth. (however I had taken them down because I felt sorry for your family because I didn't want to ruin your business although I do believe future customers need to be warned of your shoddy work). Because of your refusal to reimburse me, I'm going to put them back up. 3. LIBEL - calling me a liar by writing online under my bad review a lie that the photos I posted were taken prior to your work -when you knew ALL photos I took were taken AFTER you had " refinished" the living room floor. (Photos of you varnishing over a Mardi Gras bead, clumps of dog hair, even bird poo; varnish that had wrinkled up, dust that you varnished over that you had made by screening and didn't bother to wipe up any of this before you varnished, areas you didnt even attempt to touch). I'd rather you settle this prior to meeting in Justice Court August 27. You now owe me more because I had to file charges. * I'M HAVING TO WRITE AS A REVIEW BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO ANSWER MY TEXTS AND MY EMAILS. I HAVE NO OTHER WAY TO CONTACT YOU. All 3 phones listed have my # blocked and you don't read my emails SO TEXT ME *PLUS THEY APPARANTLY TAKE OFF BAD REVIEWS TO HAVE A HIGH RATING. MINE HAS BEEN REMOVED. THIS IS ALSO ILLEGAL. The very reason I chose D&S was because of their fake review scoring. Try to find my review on their website. I can't. This has to be because they took it off And the reason I paid him was because he told me I couldn't go in there for two days, and I was having to look from the back of the kitchen and I could tell that it had been varnished, but I never dreamed when I went in there what I would find. Look in my pictures and you'll see what he left on the floor. *No matter WHAT he says, contact me if you need a rebuttal. I have excellent records of our texts, emails & photos so can keep things in perspective for you. ?????
