They do business the old fashion way, like a company should; by taking care of the customer and informing them upfront of what to expect with no gimmicks etc. - just honesty. That alone is commendable. Ive never owned a home with a septic tank & had heard horror stories so was anxious when I called. Samantha was courteous and walked me through the process. I was scheduled for between 12 and 4pm a few days later and the driver arrived at 12:15. He spent quite awhile pumping out my tank and informing me all along what he was doing and what to do for the future or look out for. The driver only wanted to do his best for me. Your employee, Randy Diaz, is impressive and so very nice. You will be glad you chose to go with them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I had a young girl set up my pick up , storage for 18 days and then drop off. I was quoted $525 for pick up at my home and that would include less then a 30 day storage fee. When emailed the copy of contract I opened it a few days later and the order was deleted by the manager Matt. He was rude and said I was lucky to just have a pick up time so close ..He would not resend the email because they were to busy. I needed my belongings out of my house quick due to a sale. Matt said his employees will be at my house on schedule time and I could pay by credit card. They told me I could use my credit card at time of completion with both pick up and drop off. The guys that showed to move our things were in a truck that belonged to a company that was out soured. They were very nice, and this was a Sunday so at time of completion he said I owe $750 And cash only. I was able to give him 550 in cash and a personal check due to banks closed and it was after 5pm I called the next morning and spoke with Laura and she said so sorry, and scheduled me for drop off in 18 days.. Well 16 days later before we moved into the new house and called to reconfirm.. Matt answered and told me he can't get my stuff til the following week . Screwed me totally.. we moved in to house with a blow up mattress that we borrowed. My husband is first responder and I had packed most of his stuff due to it being a short turn around . I called Laura again and pleaded with her I needed out things and she said sorry. So the following week the date Matt gave us same thing happens..Laura swore up and down that a credit card would be fine at drop off , and drop of was after 5pm.. Same guys from Miami dropped my things off and No Credit card.. Never ever use this company..

We would wait for a call back for several days. We never heard from Jason or any other employee / owner. After several calls to the company Kayla would say again and again that Jason would call us back. No one ever called back. I believe they are not telling Jason because he is a worker that had great communication with us. We are using another local company.

I had a 20 year old GE washer making a screeching noise when it agitated and a 20 year old GE dryer…read morethat needed 3 cycles to dry towels. Called Nick and he responded promptly and was out within 24 hrs of my call. Discussed repair to replace bearings vs purchase of a new washer and the cost. He was extremely honest about cost to repair the washer vs getting a new one which made more sense with a 20 year old washer that had other problems too making the cost to repair it not practical. Dryer was a different situation since the only problem with it was a very blocked dryer exhaust vent which he cleaned out and now works perfectly to dry in one cycle instead of 3 drying cycles. I highly recommend Nick for his honesty, professionalism, quality of work and quick response time. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for an appliance repair.

He said it was the mother board and would have to order it, meanwhile I had to unload the fridge and freezer twice to repair. Came back a couple days later put the mother board in and next day I called back fridge still wasn't working right temp was 36 for a day until the coils froze up and same problem happening. 400.00 repair, came back out and installed a fan module which should have been the first fix. That was 200.00 repair, told me to call in a couple of weeks to make sure it was working right and they would refund some of my money for the motherboard repair. Had the cell number of the tech that told me this, left a few messages, never returned my calls. So my 200.00 repair cost me 600.00, It was recommended to me because it was veteran owned from a friend. Very disappointed, guessing is how it was diagnosed. Would not recommend. Rob S. Stuart
