Never says hi or how may I help you. He will stare you down waiting for some confrontations. He always gives you a wrong quote until his worker redoes the quote. The worker who does all the work is very good. Not sure why he works for that owner,he should open his own place. Before he moved his shop from Dixie he acted the same way . I love great customer service, he does not supply that. The old weight lifter should go to Chick- a fil to see what great customer service is all about. The is so much bad to say but go somewhere else in Martin County to get your trailer fixed. He can't quote you a price , or tell you when it will be ready. Says he really busy. If so busy hire another employee to get the work out.

My wife and I up- graded our boat from a 17 foot skiff to a beautiful 23 foot Robalo bay boat. Buying used is already a stressful journey not knowing what to expect to find that needs attention. We first needed to update the trailer. I did a lot of research to find someone that could take care of this. I found Big Kahuna Marine and read how personal they were and how well they took care of their customers. They took care of the trailer like it was his own. They did a great job and made sure everything was perfect and safe. Later I needed some cosmetic work on the fiberglass due to previous owners lack of care. The swim platforms were damaged and the top sides above the rub rails were cracked on both sides. Alex and his team did an outstanding job and it looks brand new.
