I was able to get an estimate and schedule the job all via Yelp messenger which was super convenient. The day of the appointment, two men came to our house wearing masks (pandemic times!) and booties. One got things set up while the other reviewing the paperwork and pricing with me. It took them about 1.5 hrs to do both jobs. I was very happy with the service, time it took to complete and the pricing. I would recommend them!

At this point I just leave the door open for Dan; I don't need to be home. - AMAZING job. I have three young kids and my family room carpet and couch are typically a disaster. I'm talking old poop, puke, pee stains on the couch. And Dan got it looking and smelling AMAZING. Seriously, it was like a brand new piece of furniture. He also got a very old puke stain out of the carpet upstairs, and it has not returned, as they sometimes do. At this point, I don't even freak out about stains because I know once I call CI, they'll be gone. He also left me a bottle of stain cleaner that was better than any Resolve or whatever else I've used. - One thing I appreciated: I called Dan to clean the carpet in my rental home, and it had cat urine in it. As you may have heard, cat urine is the worst and is very difficult/impossible to totally remove the smell. Dan cleaned it twice and the smell was still vaguely there. He was very straightforward and honest with me about the chances of it coming out (nil); he didn't just keep upselling me and making empty promises. At that time I did not know it would cause any issue, until I ran my AC. I heard a noise which was never there before the cleaning. I called the owner and explained to him I hear a noise while running my AC. He refused to listen and troubleshoot. I had to call someone to do a diagnostic check on my AC and it was identified that the line set needed to adjusted back to its position. Once adjusted the noise was gone. Superior Air Duct Cleaning caused me unnecessary cost to get something fixed that they caused. Bad business model. Don't hire these people. They will not take responsibility of any post service complaints.

I asked about availability and they initially quoted about 1 week for servicing, but they had a cancelation and were about to come the next day. Although the service was a tad pricey, I booked with them. The owner John arrived on time, cleaned my vent, and pulled the debris trapped in the hose. It took him about 20 minutes and he was in and out. I paid via cc and I forgot to ask for a receipt, so I sent an email to request the paid invoice. To my surprise, they sent the digital receipt almost instantly. Wasn't expecting it that quick, but they were on top of it. The communication was clear, the work was good and they were very responsive. Two thumbs up!
