Upon visiting the site in Burlington, we found a neat sales yard displaying a number of clean vehicles and backed by a small sales office. Mr. Andi Kastrati awaited us and invited us to explore the van at our leisure and even take a test drive. He was able to answer our many questions and made us a purchase offer that we ultimately accepted. During our association with Mr. Kastrati, we found him knowledgeable, both on the minivan being sold, but also of the NC state purchasing process. In our meetings, we grew to appreciate his attention to detail and proficiency in handling our concerns and questions. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, its history, and the reputation for similar vehicles and his history with them. We encountered none of the dreaded pushy attitudes or hyper promotions often associated with the used car business. In short, he was very customer oriented. The owner, Jason Ross, returned my car to me with a broken door handle and proceeded to tell me "You might wanna get that looked at". My car was completely intact when I handed him the keys to pull it around for an inspection and it was returned as seen in the attached pictures.
