The tires would have to be ordered and would be in the next day. The next day before the appointment we were sight seeing and when I tried to start the vehicle it wouldn't. Sounded like the starter. I called and Dave told me about a towing service very close but told me he would send a man over (we were within a mile of the shop) to check it out. The guy got the truck started. (Bad battery) I took the truck to their shop and got the tires and battery. They even replaced a bad turn signal. I was not charged for the guy coming out or the turn signal bulb. When I walk into a store like this, it's most likely I'm going to need help. Tried to find brake cleaner on my own and missed it at the front of the store. Ran into Dalton in the back aisle. He happily explained where the brake fluid was and that if I still had trouble, anyone upfront would be happy to help me. It is important to note, that a lot of times in places like this, women are not welcome. That is not the case here. Clean and professional. This store knows what it's doing. I requested an appointment and he was able to get me in asap coming out on a Sunday morning. The issue was my heat was not working. The first thing he noticed was my antifreeze was almost empty. He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes. He was worried about a leak so he wanted me to keep him updated on the issue. I highly recommend!
