Within two years, we noticed several issues - loudness, the door not closing easily, and most troubling - a black substance dripping from the door panel. Costco called "Doctor Jay" to come out and service the door. He said the loud noise was normal, fixed the crooked door, and "took care" of the black substance (an oil), stating it wouldn't leak again. Within a week, the oil dripped on the floor again. When I called this service person back, they said there was nothing they could do about the continued leaking oil. So I called Costco again for service. When they spoke with "Doctor Jay," he said that I, the customer, told him we didn't want him to come back, which was a lie. Several weeks later, the door is slighly crooked and not closing smoothly again. Totally unimpressed.

I was also never given a diagnostic report with the part number needed, so they failed on all fronts. I will be disputing their diagnostic charge on my credit card as I was verbally mislead over the phone on a recorded line when I made the appointment.
