We contacted them and found them to be responsive to our desires and helpful when it came to the purchase: viewing and test driving, getting advice on it's condition, etc. We decided to buy a used motor home with low miles for 17k. There was a hitch in getting the title, but they made sure that we got it done and stayed with us through the process. Their facility isn't terribly impressive, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. So, I'd say that our overall experience with them was positive.

Hey ppl of the world I got sold a used camper Terry slide out from Thomas rv in Searcy Arkansas I…read morecalled them over the phone when I seen this one listing on Facebook and I really wanted to go to a dealership to get something worth it and that people would hold a word so I got in touch with Thomas RV and I told him I like this 99 slide out once a slide out and can I talk to somebody about it and I started talking to Cody and a couple other people prayer I forgot how to say his name I talked to the lady in the front I've talked to the guy who does the repairs they told me this camper that I'm living in that I bought from them is in the best shape well kept they told me there's no leaks and it has an upgraded water heater that was our main selling point so my uncle sent them $4,000 from Chicago and I showed up a couple days later with 1600 to finish the deal believe it or not when we got there I brought a record friend with me when we got there that we went in there to check it out it was nothing like they said it was okay they said there's no leak my friend asked him let's check out the gas so they turn the gas on and all the sudden all the stuff it's hard to peeling out of the gas there was a gas leak so my friend who's a wrecker had to sit there and show Cody and the other guy who's working there sales people what to do step by step the bumper on the front where you pull the truck and hook it up to the hitch up front would not raise up so they took an electric pump and installed it in there and my friend also had to tell them step by step I asked him if there was any leaks this this we spent five hours there because there was so much stuff wrong with this camper they had to fix this that that and I was thinking of sending them 1600 plus another $250 to deliver and they promoted that luckily I went down there with a friend of mine after everything they did a 5 hours later they didn't have the key for the door or any of the cabinets I said how much supposed to lock the door they went and got another lock took it out and charged me $20 these people are very unprofessional after all that said and done I asked my friend who was a wrecker do you think this this is worth it he said with all the stuff we fixed and I help them fix it for you cuz they didn't know what they doing he's like it's a good deal for 4600 4629 including the lock they charge me for it because of the upgraded water heater I take it to West Memphis where I told them I detailed exactly where I'm at somebody's property on the grass I told him everything that I don't want to buy something that I have to fix or leaks please I've been through so much please you know and they kept telling me reassuring it doesn't leave we got a warranty on this warranty on that as soon as I brought it home and tried to go take a shower a hot shower with the propane tanks we'll come to find out the water heater wasn't even connected I called them up one of the guys that doesn't repairs in the back installation restoration whatever his name was Brad something with a B he told me I don't even know why they sold you that camper that can't forget so many repairs that needed it should have never been sold I said what the hell what does that mean for me he said that's a 12 volt upgraded water heater which they didn't even tell me cuz they didn't know and I asked him well I can't connect it at all it works so when I was in there last time it was connected I said so you just told me you shouldn't have been sold it's not connected I called two electricians two plumbers here it is five months later I've been taking cold showers I have to replace it I called the lady at the company Thomas RV the lady in the front desk older white lady she's so nice respectful I told her what happened she told me they should come out there and deliver you a water heater and replace it I said okay I was feeling great I got on the phone talk to James James cussed me out he told me he's not going to bring me a water heater that he wants me to bring the trailer back to Thomas Harvfrom my locationey was like 2 hours away from my

I called them in December to come out and fix my electrical. I lost all my ac and the dc inverter…read morewasn't working right. I had to run extension cords from my shed and the power post just to run my stuff and stay warm. They came out a couple of days later and looked at my breaker box and then found my inverter. The guy said he had to order a new part that goes with the inverter. A month later I call and they say they got the wrong part. A few days later Bill and Charlie came out and looked at everything and changed my 50 amp cord and said I'm now running on ac. Plus they were going to order a new breaker box for me. That was in March. So I called on the 6th of April trying to find out what was going on, the receptionist said she would find out and call me back. Never happened. Called them again on the 19th of April same response same thing never called me back. Today the 20th of April I called to see what was going on. Was told to find someone else to fix my problem because they are to busy to finish the job. Mind you I haven't had a fridge or an electrical water heater all this time. Being out of town and staying in Little Rock for medical treatment, when our RV needed repair, we got his contact information from the KOA there. Since that time, Charles has proven to be a wonderfully compassionate and kind person as well as a very knowledgeable and competent repair person. I doubt there is any RV or RV problem he hasn't fixed. He's gone the extra mile for my husband and me -- as well as others in our situation -- several times. He even came out to our site one evening at 7:00 p.m. to fix a leak we had because he was booked for a couple days and didn't want us to have to wait.. His prices are very reasonable and his response time is always quick. He's made 3 or 4 repairs to our RV over the last year. We've been RV residents in Little Rock long enough to hear horror stories about people who've put their RV's in a national chain shop (whose initials are CW) where their RVs have languished for weeks or come out worse than when they went in. But with Mr. Scogins, he comes to you and he does the job right first time and stands by his work. I can't recommend him highly enough.
