We made an appointment for Monday afternoon at 4:30, he never showed and when I reached out he said he forgot to add it to his calendar. Okay, things happen. We made another appointment for Thursday, again 4:30, i came home about 4:20 to find his business card in my door. I called, he said that he had it down for Thursday afternoon and showed up at, if I understood him correctly, noon and when I wasn't home just left, didn't even call, just left. He said that he could still make it tonight possibly around 5:30, to which I agreed, but I felt it was reasonable to say that if he couldn't make it, I wouldn't try rescheduling again. His response was that he doesn't really work on a strict timeline (paraphrasing) and that he knew my time was valuable so he would pass on the job. My job is a relatively small job, I want to add a dog door to our slider, so I get it the it wasn't worth his time, but then say no at the start, don't give me a rough quote and then schedule an appointment just to miss it. Several people I reached out to have already told me they don't do the work I'm requesting, which is fine. I can't judge the quality of work, but the customer service, at least in my case, wasn't good.

So, I turned to Yelp for help to see if the she could be cut down and then the mirror reinstalled. Erick from Chelsea's Custom Glass was the first to respond. I waited for several other quotes and it turns out Chelsea's was the lowest quote and also the one that could service the soonest. Two days later they showed up and made quick work of the job. They did exactly what I asked for and it came out great! I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend. I found them to be very responsive, easy to do business with, affordable and top quality work.

I'm updating my review due to unfortunate circumstances. I gave this business a shot and the inital…read moresale was fine with some minor communications issues. However, the glass was sliding down from the hardware in the shower, and its part of the purchase included in the warranty for it to be fixed. So I reached out to Erick and he promised to pick it up and a few days passed and he would no show. Then finally on July 30 he picked it up and as of today it is 2 weeks, he still has the glass. I have called, and texted hundreds of times with HORRIBLE communication. He gives me crap responses "I'll call you in 20 min" and never calls. or "No one wants to fix the glass" then another day, "I'll be there after 1pm" So at this point I dont even know if the glass is fixed, or what is happening. I am not even sure what to do at this point. I call and literally blow up his phone and he NEVER EVER answers the damn phone. I am so frustrated that he cant even give me honest answers and he just has the glass with no expected timeframe of returning it! So it was my fault for giving a small business a chance because I would rather have spent double the price for an honest, professional and reliable company!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!

Alex came out, assessed the space, listened to exactly what I wanted, and gave me a quote. We set up an installation date shortly after, and he executed the vision exactly how I had imagined it. He was on time for both the initial measurement and the actual installation, which I really appreciated. The work itself was extremely thorough and clean, and you can tell he takes pride in doing things correctly. He was also very responsive and readily available whenever I had questions before the installation. I never had any issues come up afterward, but I felt confident that if I did, he would have been easy to reach and take care of it. The mirrors completely transformed my garage gym and came out exactly the way I wanted. Highly recommend Alex and A&B Solutions. Great communication, attention to detail, and quality work from beginning to end.

However, aside from this, really enjoyed the service! I brought in a snack cart that needed a glass panel replacement; they measured and rounded the edges of the new panel so that it perfectly matched the top one, wrapped them both in saran wrap to be transported safely, and also placed double-sided tape (not requested by me, but greatly appreciated) onto the small ledges of the cart onto which the glass would be placed on to ensure they wouldn't slide around / fall off. Overall, great work and would highly recommend!
