Making an already traumatic incident 10x worse. ABSOLUTELY INSANE behavior by this lady. Her hair was bleached to the point it was going to fall out and her skin was orange. Best description i have for her. I didn't stay to catch her name before I told her next time you LEAD with vital information you don't SCOLD someone on going to the animal hospital instead of the emergency animal hospital CONNECTED TO YOU. ABSOLUTELY traumatizing. And our cat did pass. And we had to pay 400 for 30 seconds of cpr It was initiated and stopped moments later when they informed us there was no heartbeat. 100 for each medication given there were 3 and than we had to PAY TO RELEASE THE BODY and PAY for a body bag so 600 dollars just for them to tell us yupp he's dead and CHARGE us to give us the body back. FUCK THESE VETS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS THEY ARE FOR PROFIT. I DID NOT MIND paying for the medical care but paying to RELEASE the body not even cremate!? criminal *Edit the receptionist at the emergency vet and the staff were all quick and efficient they were an absolute blessing this review is for the reception at the main clinic THE FRONT LINE of your animals healthcare. How we ever made it to the hospital in time, I still don't know. Our four-year-old French Bulldog,…read moreHank, went into heat stroke and was in critical condition when we arrived. A vet tech came running out, took Hank in her arms, and rushed him inside. When we left hours later, we truly didn't think we would be bringing him home again. It was a long, sleepless night, waiting for that dreaded phone call--one that, thankfully, never came. The next morning, a nurse told us Hank was off oxygen, and the doctor would be calling with his bloodwork--the same bloodwork that had been so abnormal it couldn't even be properly measured because he was so sick. Then the doctor called with the news we had been hoping and praying for: Hank was doing incredibly well. She wanted to keep him through the afternoon for monitoring, but he would be coming home. We cannot thank this staff enough for saving our Hank. Not only did they save his life, but they also gave our little boy so much love and care while he was their patient. We will forever be grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, The Woodruff Family
