Diagnosis was ear infection & cyst which needed medication for both.15 mg Zenrelia for allergic skin condition & 100 mg Cefpodoxine which is an antibiotic, $68.70 & $47.85 respectively. The exam was $91.70, the ear swab (Cytology) was $100.50 & the 6 mil KC Oto-Pack was $71.80 but I saved the best for last. The Elizabethan Collar on Amazon is $13.99 but we got to pay $36.30. That said, it was not Velcro that held it together, but rather they tied it tight with a piece of cloth maybe taken from a worn out sheet. This is the main reason I'm writing this review as Gracie was traumatized by it. When she came into the waiting room where I was, she was basically fighting for her life. I NEVER saw her in greater distress as she jumped & lunged to get free from the tech. Thankfully, I was near and rushed over to calm her. They wanted her to keep it on from Monday to Monday. They granted me a Thursday appointment however as they don't have appointments on Fridays. Lastly, on the way there I called to see what the cost would be for the follow-up visit and she mentioned $82.35 but could be more and they really did not want me to accompany Gracie into the exam room. If you're not good at math, the total bill was $416.85 + $82.35 which I never paid as I cancelled, turned around and went home. I am a capitalist, I want small businesses to thrive and succeed but NOBODY wants to be gouged. Amen P.S. They sent a letter to my house seeking new business, all I can think about is Alanis Morissette's song, "Ironic".

What? I said at this point, all I want is to please clean my cat's ears out ... they refuse to clean my cat ears out because I refuse to see the specialist? Keep in mind he had major issues and blood coming out the ear, I was in shock Yes, they refuse to clean the cats ears out they wanted to add a solution. I advise them. I will take my cat back back to my regular veterinarian. I just need you to clean her ears out and I'll get her into my regular vet next week. They had much better options than they did. My cat left with nasty dirty ears !! As you can see, they are money hungry and charged me $ 127 for what ???! To look in my cat's ears.?? RUN AWAY ! They only want money I feel like I was scammed ! They clearly don't care one bit about the animals in their care. They should be reported to the board that oversees veterinary hospitals. I wish I read the other reviews I would have gone to a reputable animal hospital!! They are TRASH ! Lastly, they say they only offer curb side assistance , but I saw them let two pet owners inside. The other time my other cat was sick, they took x-rays, bloodwork, etc. apparently misdiagnosed her. I was charged a very large amount of money. I ended up taking her to an emergency vet a few days later. The emergency vet called absolutely called ACC trying to get the X-rays and bloodwork so they didn't have to repeat it all, and they never sent it over even thought they said they would. I had to pay for all of that to get done again and my cat ended up dying. I also spent $2000 at the emergency vet due to having to repeat everything that was already done by ACC and they didn't send the results as promised. I couldn't wait any longer on them to send the items requested. Overall I know they ended up closing, but wanted to leave this review anyway.

Within just 7 days, my dog went into liver failure and passed away. I trusted this veterinarian to care for my dog, and that trust was completely broken. A basic review of her existing medications could have prevented this. What should have been a routine visit turned into a devastating and irreversible loss. I am heartbroken and deeply disappointed. I hope no other pet owner has to go through something like this.

We were not regular clients, but they welcomed us in on the same day without hesitation and treated us as if we had been with their practice for years. Their kindness, professionalism, and love for animals were evident in every interaction. Dr. Gross herself called us (not a staff member), took her time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never once made us feel rushed. She even sat on the floor with Copper and showed him such gentle care--it was the most compassionate veterinary experience I've had in over 30 years of dog ownership. The team was also very mindful of expenses, kept in close contact with us throughout the process, and even reached out to our out-of-state vet to get Copper's background information. They went above and beyond in every way. I truly cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Their genuine care and dedication made a stressful time so much easier, and I am beyond grateful.
