Great customer service. Had a car key made and although there was miscommunication on their part, it was all squared out within reason.

I accidentally lost my car key/remote and called around to get quotes. Francisco was extremely helpful when I reached out to him. These guys were super helpful and had the cheapest price($160), not only that but they even got it done faster than they initially anticipated. Highly recommend!! read more

My 2016 Chevy Traverse needed a car alarm, so I went out and bought one at AutoZone only for them to give me the run around on how to activate it, and for them to tell me to "Google it". As they didn't want to give me my money back due to no receipt I had no choice but to find a solution. I looked up places on Yelp with no luck, until I came across help on a response from Norma here at D'Ace Mobile Locksmith. She was able to give me such great smooth communication through Yelp chat services and even guided me with such ease to an appointment the next day. On time for the appointment, Francisco was at the best of service to getting the alarm activated. Even giving me great advice on how to maintain a longer lifespan with the car ignition. This guy knows his stuff and knows what he's doing! I definitely will be coming back as to as well referring all my friends and family. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!! read more

Just had a wonderful experience with D'ace locksmith today. I reached out for a quote last night to get my replacement key fob programmed and cut. Norma was extremely responsive with a quote that beat competitors and an offer of an appointment today. Communication was very good and Francisco came to my house today (in a mask) to program the key. He explained the process up front and set all expectations that b/c of the year of my car he might have to take an extra step with getting a code from the car dealer. There would be an extra cost but it seemed reasonable. Luckily he was able to get the program code successfully, no extra fees were necessary and he worked through complications cutting the key to finish up the job. He went the extra mile and I appreciated his skill and professionalism. Ultimately I saved almost $400 vs getting the replacement key from the car dealer. I highly recommend D'ace, Franciso and Norma if you need a replacement key fob. read more

Locked my keys in the car after coming back from college last night, I was stressing, calling around asking for quotes, looking around. I called shops they said yeah labor is $45 and opening the door is another $50??What get out of here, some said we will do it for $110!! Finally I saw D'ace and decided to give them a try. I texted Norma she's the owner and she got back to me immediately!! She said I can send someone to open your car for $50 and $10 more for a new key. This is my first time locking my keys in my car so I gave them a try and man I was impressed. Francisco arrived here exactly when he said he will be here and opened the door in under 10mins. Made me a key for $10 and probably in total he was at my house for 15mins. Let me say thank you to Norma and here team for helping me out, I like how this business is family owned. Francisco did an amazing job and Norma did exceptional job made sure I was taken cared of. Highly recommend them, there great people, fast service, and the cheapest I could find. Thanks again Francisco read more
