I just rented a unit 3 months ago at $78. Mediocre unit at Best and I learned later how much…read morethey've been broken into. This morning I see a charge of $113. I called to find out what the heck was going on and was told it was an increase... Almost 50%!! I also learned they will not prorate or rebate with cancelling immediately and moving out in 30 minutes. I'm sure there was some sort of email, but I , like everyone else, do not have time to go through all 742 million trash emails I get in a day. I am very disappointed and will never use KO stage companies again. I will warn everyone I know who uses or thinks about using them in the future. Very bad business practices. They also make you jump through hoops for proof of insurance or they auto charge you for their pathetic little insurance policy as an added ripoff. I deeply regret trying this company out.
