Billy who takes care of billing stopped in the hall on his way out and asked if his number was given to me for help with the billing. Dr Mohini personally called me when my father was pre-op and in excruciating pain and told us she made arrangements for him to get an earlier injection for his pain within only 1-2 days. Overall great experience and wonderful team of staff. My dad feels seen and heard, I feel confident in his care here and we are both so happy. I would recommend anyone to this location. Truly made me feel so supported as I've been stressed trying to navigate my dad's care with my work schedule.

I had a three and a half minute talk with the doctor about him wanting to give me an injection about pain in my leg I told him I don't have pain in my leg then it turned to pain in my back I told him I don't have pain in my back he left the room comes back in it says pain in your groin area. I was overwhelmed and confused thought he was going to give me an injection even though I didn't want to go this past and at this moment I wasn't thinking clearly you need us to say after two and a half minutes I was back in front of the secretary schedule and a follow-up appointment for the 29th of July, I get home I called the office told Ashley I didn't want to have injections, I'm not sure if she was she told me the appointment wasn't just for an injection it was to talk about surgery, I told her the doctor never mentioned was talking about surgery so I didn't believe her but I rescheduled the appointment anyways. So on the 29th I was going to my appointment and to him was running late I called Ashley told me I didn't have an appointment have to go and back and forth her telling me I canceled it me telling her right didn't I'm not sure what happened but she told the doctor I swore at her so I was discharged. I wasn't asked any quest after arriving I was told the doctor would talk with me. Thought that he was going to ask me what happened and try to explain my MRI to me what he said was we don't tolerate any swearing at our stuff so I am discharging you. Never asked me what happened. Hope that made you feel good. Maybe all of this could have been avoided if you would have told me the results of my MRI I would have understood instead of blindly walking into an appointment and you wanted to give me an injection. Also you should get an office manager I was told you don't have one when I tried to get transparency about my situation instead of having to talk with your secretary who is telling me I was coming to talk about surgery when you said no such thing. I have got to say I am very pleased with his knowledge of my problem. He is very pleasant and is very thorough. He took his time and explained everything .Showed me my MRI findings and brought in a model to show me the area my problem was. It was a great visit. The receptionist Sherri is very pleasant and an immense help. I don't know the outcome yet. I will be seeing this doctor for several more visits and I totally trust him to do the surgery that needs to be done.

He provided me with no suggestions or insights into my condition. I was then scheduled for an EMG. When it was performed, I had a bit of bleeding from it. He wiped a bit of the blood off, put the bloody gauze ON THE TABLE (pictured), and left. Very unsanitary and highly concerning. I then had to go out and ask the receptionist for more sterile tissues to wipe up the rest of the blood. There was no biohazard trash can in the room to dispose of it. This is all on top of having billing issues and the office being a decrepit place with a dog freely walking around (also unsanitary). Do not go here.

More like blessings in my book and they left such an amazing impression on me and that was just my initial appointment. First, I want to say my apt wasn't originally until Feb 2023, I told the reception please call me if anyone cancels it doesn't matter when I'll come, and they did. So January 2023 I go in for my apt Nicole got me in for the apt she works in the front and is so freaking nice and patient and I appreciate her. So when I arrive Mary who also works in the front brought me right in, welcomed me did my vitals and etc etc. Told me I would be seen soon. As someone going through a lot, and doing it alone seeing a neurologist can be scary, but this whole experience was the BEST. Fast forward Kanika (sorry if I spelled it wrong) I believe a med student, spoke with me for like an hour, she was so gentle and kind and very patient. She did all those of exams and she made me feel heard, which is what I need during this time. She came up with a game plan for me and asked me if everything sounded good, I love feeling included instead of people telling you what you need to do, as if. But she went and relayed everything we spoke about to Dr. Mason Gasper and he then came in spoke with me, sat down and once again listened to me, assured me they had a plan and let's get it started now! He was so gentle and I can tell they both knew what they were talking about. I wish I could hug them all here, because this journey is scary, but they made me feel important and alive again. This office is pure joy. The office is very small and intimate. One on one patient care, and the ladies at the front work right there to do the referrals, and try to get you in with other doctors right away. I've never see an office be on top of their game. 10/10! Seriously. I think I found a gem, that's going to help me on this path. Bless you guys hearts! Thank you!

We were surprised to receive a notice from the stroke center asking us to make an appointment with Dr. Cutting, who is a vascular neurologist. Surprisingly, we were able to get a fairy quick appointment, which is remarkable considering some specialists have long wait times. The night before the appointment we were both nervous as to what we might find, but as it turned out, the trip was a big waste of time. While Dr. Cutting seemed like a nice enough lady, she didn't tell us anything more than what my wife's regular neurologist or primary care doctor could have. To me it seemed like a money grab from Lifespan,the parent company of the hospital. I'm willing to bet if we had Medicaid or no insurance, that letter would never have gone out. That's an hour and 25 dollars that we will never get back. To top it off, the RIH campus is tough to navigate due to lack of parking and lengthy walks for someone who is disabled. I would only recommend this practice if you had no other options.

I spent 11 days at RIH this month across two admissions…read more The Urgent Care center thought I had a collapsed lung and sent me via ambulance to the ER. I was examined quickly and it was discovered that I actually had a couple of blood clots in my lungs and infarction. I was admitted and put on Heparin. I got to be in the women's medical unit and got my own room. The nurses were all so kind and attentive, answered my questions and helped me stay relaxed and the CNAs were supportive. The clots caused me to get Pnuemonia - and I added a couple days to my stay. It should have been a scary time (PEs can kill people) but I felt the entire time like I was where I needed to be and it was all under control. I did try to be a star patient but still, the care was excellent. I also felt like nutrition was great - Manny was trying hard to find me something I'd eat when I had absolutely no appetite. Even housekeeping was friendly whenever they came in my room. I ended up getting readmitted when I spiked a fever five days after my first discharge and ended up with sepsis. When I got to the ER I explained my doctor sent me back due to high WBC and tachycardia and they took me right in, put me under sepsis protocol and made me a priority, I felt worse than I did with the PEs and Pneumonia but with fluids and more meds I began to feel so much better so quickly. And again - felt so well cared for by the nurses and doctors. This time I was on co-op 4 for a few days. I know everyone's experience is different. And the patients the nurses and doctors see have varying needs - I tried to not be too needy - I was comfortable enough and getting my meds and tried to focus on doing what I could to improve my recovery time. But seriously - two things that could have killed me and I felt less stressed than I have all year.

Usually, I've been to stand-alone Quest locations but this was inside Atmed Urgent Care. It was easy to locate and there are plenty of parking spots. I went into the building and found Suite 122, there are plenty of signs in the building. I wrote my name down on the sign-in sheet and took a seat in the waiting room. A few minutes later, my name was called and I spoke with a woman. I gave her the QPassport my new employer provided and she brought me to the back. The whole process was seamless.
