Greens they don't care and still charging 72.00 plus 18.00 large (its really small/ medium)for bucket of balls!!

Cypress course Greens are trashed out - black algae played March 2026 not worth 75.00! Plus 18.00 for basically small/ med bucket of ball! This course should be 35.00 to play

This is a beautiful golf course - we played the Tradition side which provided some really awesome views and challenging holes. For a $120 green fee you'd expect some added amenities but nope. The golf cart felt like it was going to fall apart, saw the cart girl one time and she barely had any inventory, no tees provided in the cart, and just didn't feel like the most welcoming course w the staff at the pro shop. The golf experience was solid but outside of that felt like a pretty underwhelming time considering the price of admission.

All that I came here for was a range so my friend could teach me a couple of tips and tricks of the game. I'm happy there was a golf range. The people here are nice and I had a great time. My only criticism is the balls. Some of the balls were deformed, so we couldn't use them all.

Great people around these parts. Friendly members. Very nice and well kept course. It took FOREVER to finish the round (6hours) that could have been better but overall it was a good experience

I would give 5 stars but the pace of play is way to slow multiple groups of four ahead of me, as I was playing by myself no one let me pass this made it a very long day. Tee time was 11:40 didn't get done until after 4. on top of that they had no food and only alcohol beverages. On the other hand the traditions course was nice and in good shape. But I could only imagine this place on the weekends has to be worse. I played on a Wednesday and experienced this. Every hole was just a long wait

Overrated fairways cut too long.

Beautiful course. Very luxurious. The course has a very nice design. Will definitely be back. Not sure if it's beginner friendly.

Really fun courses - I am partial to the Tradition but the Cypress is also a fun and challenging, both tracks are a good choice for the average golfer.

My 14 yo son and I have been getting lessons from Darryl for half a year now and we are definitely…read moreshowing significant progress. Darryl is kind, patient, and really understands how to teach beginners to hitting a consistent golf shot. Highly recommend Darryl for anyone who wants to improve their game. My son is a lefty also which I know not too many instructors can teach if they aren't themselves.

My portion of Swanson golf was to take someone who had ordered a club who is a fairly good golfer…read moreand have that club retrieved. Just as the owner promised the club was ready and in perfect shape and the person who ordered it was phenomenally happy. While we were waiting for the final fitting, however I had breakfast as did the person I brought along with me and the breakfast was really, really wonderful and very much unexpected. Not because I would purposely order bad food, but I wouldn't expect that in a facility that is a golf club fitting facility that the food would be so good but it truly was. Plus in the best of my recollection. I had a couple bloody Mary mixed drinks, which were exceptional as was the table service. I've heard amazing things about the people who have gone to be fitted with clubs from this facility and I will likely do so myself as I replace my clubs, but for the short term consider this an evaluation of their food, which was an omelette as I recollect, and it was exceptional as was the service as was, the facility as a whole.

Our son had a 9-hole tournament here so it was fun to see this course. My husband was especially…read morethrilled because he got to see these famous holes from courses all over. The clubhouse was nice. I loved the white and black decor. The cart rental was $27. Meh. My husband walked the front 9 and had over 12,000 steps so you can tell, the holes are pretty spaced out. When going with a little kid, having a cart wasn't terrible so we weren't trailing behind so much. Driving range and chipping and putting green were open and in good condition. Loved that they were RIGHT THERE and not a hike away. The course itself was pretty nice. The fairways and greens were well taken care of. Some of the cart paths could use some work, they're broken and cracked. Some reader weren't sure if they were marked out of bounds or not. We'd see a red stake but no other stake... so is it out or not??? Bunkers were not ranked and hard as a rock. Of course the bunker our kid hit into didn't have a rack available since we were able to pick it up, rake and drop. (Ugh) There were workers draining some bunkers that had turned to swimming pools. The front 9 were a bit challenging to our 8 year old. He took a 50 but had some sh*t shots. My husband wants to come back and play all 18. So we'll definitely be back! 5-star for being just plain unique and a fun experience.

Great layout!! Each hole simulates select holes from other great courses such as Inverness,…read moreOakmont, pebble beach and, of course, Augusta National Golf Club. Greens and fairways are very well kept. Good luck if you hit out of bounds, you'll likely lose your ball as grass is thick. Pro shop and bar staff are all great! Price is very fair. You won't be disappointed, play here if you're ever in Houston.
