Worst customer service…read more I've never actually had the chance to buy anything from this store because of the lack of basic customer service. The first time I went in with my aunt, a woman was sitting in a chair on her phone. We looked at her and she stayed on the phone. We walked around the store and she was still on the phone. We came back to the front and she was still on the phone. We eventually walked out, and then she tried to speak to us. What makes this worse is that today (1/14/26) my uncle walked in to buy something and had the exact same experience. I never told him about what happened to me. He said the woman was on her phone with no greeting, no hello, and no how can I help you. Please fix your customer service. You are losing money.

Came looking for raw cocoa & shea and found even more! Love the ladies here, very friendly,…read morepatient, accommodating and knowledgeable! Lots of spice combos, ghanaian in particular, they have a type of crushed chile pepper similar to a birdseye/cayenne/thai that makes the famous shito sauce, love it, a good amount of spice. They also have Ghanaian butt cheek peppers raw I believe, which is similar to habanero, very sweet! I noticed lots of peanut options like raw smooth peanut butter, raw peanuts with & without skins in bags for a very good price! Tiger nuts too, which are technically tubers but with a nutty/sweet flavor like coconut. Lots of diff plantain chips! The best price anywhere on 100% raw white shea tho, comes in a tub pre-whipped which works well for easy access & transport. Can't wait to come back!

I was given a super thick sickly sweet drink that you could feel the grains of sugar/ matcha powder in. I asked the employee who made it if there is any way to get a drink that is less sweet and she said that's just the way it is. No alternatives offered. I left the drink right there on the counter. $6.30 of trash! I'm giving this place 2 stars because the guy who took my order was nice.

We went here for a family outing after getting chipotle; my husband is obsessed with this place…read morebecause of their customer service. We ordered gelato--chocolate, pistachio and mango and all were very good. We also ordered the pistachio muffin and cheese danish. The muffin was delicious with a crunchy muffin top which I like and a nice nutty flavor. The cheese danish was mid. The food looked premade and not too great but my husband loves any breakfast burrito he can get his hands on. All in all, the service was great, it was clean and gelato was great!

I really wanted to support a local Vietnamese-owned shop, but unfortunately the customer service…read morehas made it difficult to want to come back. Every time I've visited, many of the items don't have prices displayed. When I ask how much something costs, the response and overall attitude make me feel like I'm inconveniencing the staff just by asking. The cashiers consistently come across as though they don't want to ring you up, answer questions, or interact with customers. At first, I thought maybe I was just catching them on a bad day, so I didn't say anything. But today my parents stopped by before coming over to my house, and they experienced the exact same attitude independently. That really confirmed for me that this isn't just a one-time interaction. I genuinely want to support local businesses, especially a Vietnamese shop, but customer service matters. You shouldn't feel uncomfortable asking how much something costs or feel like the person checking you out would rather you weren't there. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously because the shop may be worth supporting, but the experience needs major improvement.

And there is ample parking in the shared parking lot. When we came in we talked to the cashier briefly about the coffees that they offer. I originally wanted to go with the habibi latte but after learning about it opted for the dates latte. My niece didn't want a coffee so she went with the passionfruit refresher. They asked if we wanted regular sweetness or light but not knowing how sweet it would be we opted for regular level. It was too sweet but you could still taste the espresso in the dates latte so I think it worked. However, next time I will definitely be asking for less sweetness. This is such a huge welcome to this side of town. I can't wait to come back and try all the rest of the MANY options that they have to offer.
