They scheduled an appointment for him, but as he was pulling in the parking lot they called him and refused to see him. They said they only do joints and things like that. He is experiencing back and side pain and they won't help him. He was told to see a pcp which he already did and explained that multiple times. Despite hours and hours of my time on the phone over 4 phone calls to fix the issue, Pinnacle says "it's under review" but still does not recognize the insurer payments or EOBs and will not even allow me to send them the EOBs (I have copies and offered 4 times to send them in case they can't find them). They continue to send me harassing invoices claiming I owe amounts I don't owe because they were reduced by my insurer and FULLY paid by my insurer. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I called before school started because he needed verification of vaccination and after being transferred many times they advised the record must have been misplaced so I was forced to get him another shot.
