This location is easy to access with a parking lot right out front. I recommend bringing your project in on a flash drive in a number of formats in case you need to make changes. You can also upload your file in advance if it's really large. If you're working on behalf of an organization, be sure to bring your tax exempt paperwork or ask if they have it on file already. I'm sure I'll be back soon as this is a great and friendly attentive to FedEx Office and other online printing options.

I say this because he was patient, kind, and very easy going. He let us know of different paper options as well as ways to cut down on costs. He was informed that the item is available online and only then did he want to make a sale for his store. If your store is or isn't busy take a moment to help the customer and make the sale. I just ordered it online from another retailer.

We have a promotion coming up, so I shot an email to Sign-A-Rama explaining what I needed, and when. (A 4-foot-by-2-foot "check" to be given as a donation to Goodwill on WKYC during a partnered donation drive we sponsor for them.) Sign-A-Rama had a proof emailed to me of the check within a day or two. They emailed me an invoice, and I forgot to respond with how I was going to pay. Because they know this project has a deadline, they called me to remind me about making my payment so they could begin production. I called to pay by phone, and we were finished! The check will be ready for pick up when I am in town next Friday. This is the 3rd year in a row we are using them for this oversized "check" for our partnership donation drive. Working with them is easy, effortless, and they are always so polite. They are a fantastic company. Kudos, Sign-A-Rama.

He was continuously trying to antagonize me as a female took over. My package location said Northfield and customer service confirmed it was there, signed for by a confirmed employee. The two employees present refused to be helpful and said it's not here even though it is. I recorded the one employee threatening to call the cops on me after I asked her for managers phone number and or work email. The employees continuously said they weren't going to provide any information. I asked when the manager would be present and they said I'm not telling you I don't know. The whole situation was unprofessional and the male threatened me. I asked over 10 times for Adam to stop talking to me and I was trying to deal with the other lady. So now my package is lost after their employee Renee signed for the package at 10:43 am, I also have a video confirming at Renee was in fact there at that time and she was not supposed to be signing for anything. **update** although there was an issue the manager Chad was very helpful and he immediately found my package and was very apologetic for his staff. Chad is a great worker!
