I contacted Essential E-sistant in 2016 after attempting to create my own website using a DIY…read morewebsite building tool from a web hosting service. My rather crude efforts resulted in a website that had very little chance of attracting interested customers, or even adequately conveying the message I was trying to send. My design was poor, my use of graphics (photos, buttons, and links) was the work of an amateur, and I was in serious need of someone who had experience in building an impactful website that would help sell my professional consulting services. In the end, that 'someone' turned out to be Susie Ferek, the owner of Essential E-ssistant. Susie worked with me to revamp and develop a website (elrhelpsource.com) that showcased my experience, advertised my services, and did it all by using a clean but effective user interface that was easy to view, navigate, and understand. The result was stunning. I now have a website that I could never have created on my own, for a fraction of the cost I would have taken on using other professional content developers. Liking the website so much, I then had Susie work with me to redesign and print business cards that, like the site itself, helped deliver a clear, concise message, while using an aesthetically pleasing and professional layout. I can't possibly overstate the value and quality of the finished product(s) I ended up with by going with Susie and Essential E-ssistant. But even as pleased as I am with the website and business cards, I was even more impressed with the time Susie took to learn about my business, the customers I was trying to attract, and the message I was trying to craft. I highly recommend Essential E-ssistant for all your graphic design and website needs, and will even be looking to Susie for editing assistance soon given the quality of her work.

Our company needed a quick assessment of the marketplace for a new craft supply idea. We are a…read moreregional business and wanted feedback from this area. The marketing department suggested a focus group. Finding a marketing research resource proved easier to find than I thought. Our accountant suggested Decision Point Consulting because they are local (located in Canton, OH) and he had worked with this group previously. I reached out to the firm via the website and the President and Owner, Amy Boren, responded to my inquiry immediately. She listened to our request and project parameters carefully and proposed a fair bid for the recruitment of focus group participants. Her company handled the project recruit quickly and professionally. Updates happened real time and adjustments were made as needed. They handled all correspondence with participants, including payment. The recruits were helpful and forthcoming, and their information was what we needed to move forward. I highly recommend this smaller company to handle any future recruiting needs for our business. They were professional, timely and cared about the outcome of our project.

The shipping options were overwhelming - there were lots of choices and prices - so I decided to call and get a better idea of what I would be paying for. A real person answered the phone and he was great. He explained the ordering and proof process, typical turn-around time and shipping options. I told him my timeline and he recommended a shipping option. Very polite and helpful (sorry I forgot his name). I finished my order online, received a proof the next day, asked a question, got an answer, they made the buttons and shipped them. I received the buttons with 2 days to spare and they look great! I can't wait to give them to my team! I even received a handwritten thank you card from the owner in the mail. Great service, great product, highly reccommend!

I used Pure Buttons for an organizational event to create keychains. I went through their website…read moreand used their own customization tool to design my order exactly to my specifications. The system gave me a digital proof and allowed me to check out seamlessly. However, when my order arrived, it looked nothing like what I designed. Instead of the customized design I created, I received a keychain with the same single image printed on both sides. I immediately contacted Pure Buttons for a resolution; whether that meant a refund or being able to redo the order correctly (using the same customization tool I used the first time) at no additional charge. They refused. The only "solution" offered was a 50% off gift card; which could only be used at Pure Buttons. This made no sense. Why would a dissatisfied customer want to spend more money with the same company that mishandled the original order? Pure Buttons advertises "excellence" on their website, but they don't deliver on that promise. They also don't take accountability when things go wrong. Instead of making things right, they simply pass the problem back to the customer. Because of this experience, I will not use Pure Buttons again, and I do not recommend them for any customization needs. If you want reliability, accountability, and products that actually match your design, look elsewhere.
